Great work. have been using these guys for years and have been satisfied with prices and service

appointment made for 7/13/22 for repair estimate. finally arrived at 4:40 pm. after locating the problem it was 6:30 pm. the tech left stating he would be back on friday 7/15/22 to complete the job. friday came and went & no phone call & a no show. saturday, no phone call with any explanation of the friday no show. monday 7/18/22 no phone call & again no show to complete the repairs. tuesday 7/19/22 am - again no phone call & another no show. i finally called their office & a very rude woman answered & explained that their tech should not have made that promise to finish the job on friday on 7/15/22 & it was not her fault. she would not accept the responsibility for their miss-scheduling problems & certainly offered no apologies. she would reschedule the work for the following thursday.i said don't bother, i'd had enough of jonas sprinklers. said i'd find someone else to make the repairs. on wednesday7/19/22 (one day after my phone call on 7/18/22) i received a bill in the mailfor $208.33 stating able to locate both ends of line 6 for repairs." very expensive estimating fee. they're very quick with their billing ability however they just can't seem to find the time to finish what they start.NEVER AGAIN JONAS SPRINKLERS. YOUR UNRELIABLE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS YOUR DISCOURTEOUS OFFICE PERSONNEL.BERNIE VOGEL"

Wanted a deposit just for an estimate. Ended up going with RHS and couldn’t be happier.

I have sent a message requesting an estimate for a sprinkler system two times on the website. Never got a response so I called the office and spoke to a lady named Casey who is very rude and treated me like I was just a waste of time and added that they probably wouldn't get to it this year anyway but okay she would talk to somebody and call me back with a date the person could come give it a estimate. I never got a call back. Things happen for a reason and I could only imagine this company probably is not in the stars for us

Jonas contacted for broadleaf concern at the start of the season. Given a quote and signed up for 4 applications. They said broad leaf was part of first application and the card they left after the 1st application said they used granular, dandelion control and broadleaf control. Dandelions were not sprayed nor were the rest of the broadleafs. I was told broadleafs would be sprayed with the 2nd application toward the middle or end of June, date wasn't given. Others who have used this service have had flowers sprayed as the sprayer didn't know what was flowers or not. For the money and a certified tech to spray you would be better using someone else.

Jonas Sprinklers installed a new irrigation system at my home recently. They did a great job, price was reasonable, and my grass looks very green and beautiful. In addition, they are readily available for any needed repairs, weed spraying, and general irrigation maintenance. Love that they are locally owned and the owner works full time daily along side his staff!
