Great experience!I was able to schedule a last minute appointment to visit the Jade Stone showroom as I am picking out quartz for my new home. I sent a list of slabs I was interested in beforehand, and when I arrived, Alexis had the list and showed me each one. The showroom is impressive! She was able to zone in very quickly on my preferences and with her help, I selected the one" within 15 minutes. She also recommended a similar slab that could be used in smaller areas to achieve the same look

So extremely impressed with the installers, they showed up when they said they would, very polite and extremely efficient!!Thank you I love my counter tops!!!

Jade do not stand by their product. They delivered this countertop. Sent tech afterwards to inspect the issue then says water from plant caused this triangular shape. What a nonsense. I have never seen a business blatantly lie/blame a customer just to avoid responsibility.

We recently had 2 bathroom counter tops replaced and selected a gorgeous piece of Quartz from their huge selection of stone slabs. The sales team was very helpful in scheduling the process from start to finish and the installers were very pleasant and professional. When we had a small post installation issue, the service manager was quick to respond and the situation was resolved quickly and thoroughly. Very pleased with our purchase, they look beautiful!

We were under a time crunch for our renovation, so chose stone that was in stock. We designed a lot of elements around that specific stone, and only after they’d done final measurements, after we’d paid a significant deposit, they told us the countertops would be a month late because they’d sold the slab they had in stock to someone else and we had to wait for a new shipment. Now we have to go with what they have in stock, which is either WAY more money, or not at all what we want. Total bait and switch.UPDATE: I didn't think it could get worse, but it did. When the install came for the new stone we had to choose, they had cut the countertop for the kitchen island a whole 6 inches too short. Six inches. They have to replace the entire thing, and we don't even have a replacement date. In the meantime, we have no usable kitchen.Then they didn't cut out the right holes for the bathroom faucets, even though we'd given them the specs in advance. The guy said he would come the next day to drill new holes so we would not be without running water in the bathrooms, and he didn't show up. A week later and he still hasn't shown up, so we still don't have running water in the bathrooms.ALL the backsplashes were missing when they did the install, and one of the smaller counters has almost a quarter inch gap at the wall. Oh, and we paid for them to remove and get rid of the old countertops... well they just left them laying in our driveway.I cannot even express how upsetting this whole thing has been, and this company does not seem to care one little bit or be doing anything to make it right.

Where do I begin? My experience with this most professional company was 15 out of 10! The sales lady had vast knowledge of the product, she was most accommodating on times for me to be able to choose my slab of stone to have installed, she was able to get me in in a timely manner to have my countertops measured before the final cuts were done. As far as I am concerned, she went over and above to help me choose faucets and sinks. I have not one negative thought about this company. I think they have gone over and above to please me. I would highly recommend them.Leslie

Horrendous company to deal with. Installed damaged quartz, neglected to drill for sink mounts in the replacement quartz, failed to seal sinks properly, damaged door casing and sink drain and attempted to blame the contractor for their poor measurements (the size of the cabinet somehow changed when installed, which is why their quartz was too long... the drawings were on site and sent to Jade Stone prior to install & the cabinet met these specs when installed). Communication was extremely poor, giving <30min notice that they would be on site. Contractor ended up finishing install of the countertop and Jade Stone has been advised they are not welcome back on site. DOING WORK IN THE OKANAGAN - AVOID!

We dealt with Jade Stone for renovations to our Studio/Art Gallery and couldn’t have been happier. Kelly, with their sales team was very professional and responded promptly to all emails. Chris’ measurements for the granite installation were precise and he and Richard did an outstanding job with the installation. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and extremely careful. We could not have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Shotty install by your sub, not taking responsibility for poor workmanship and unprofessional on the phone. Not willing to have a look at mistake in person shows weak character, not to worry the GC and myself will not call you back for any future projects. Another company took the time to see your NOT to industry standards install and fixed the seam to industry standards. That is what a person gets when a job is subbed out a 3rd time out to do a job. Do a good job, it's not hard.

What a great experience! From working with Mandy (project coordinator), to templating with Liam, to coordinating installation with Dan to installation with Everest - just a wonderful experience! The level of understanding and service were top notch. I’ve worked with other companies in the construction industry and would rate my experience with Jade Stone (Calgary) to be one of the best!
