Toronto Police Service - Parking Enforcement

Horrible ExperienceAll day waiting for someone to come tags some cars blocking our retail and Handicap parking stalls.twice called it is 4.15PM no one showed up.City should do some thing about this.most of the office good but some of them not.

What a scam! A bunch of overpaid people, 73K is starting salary here btw of taxpayer money, to walk around and most of the time they give you tickets that would be unnecessary most of the time (no actual blocking of traffic, no dangerous situations etc...), tickets are given just purely out of spite I am sure, because you know, when people have positions of authority well you know how low people can get. Sad that the city of Toronto cannot get it's financials in order and therefore seeks to take, or rather steal money, from it's hard working residents by giving you a bunch of undeserved tickets. They are cowards by the way, I've observed many of them just passing by when someone is in the car without giving a ticket, much more pleasant to write a ticket when people are away from the car!

I called parking enforcement and waited for over an hour and still no one attended my call, I hung up and reported online. It's really annoying to listen the IVR saying to report online over and over again. I am not happy with the service from parking enforcement, the vehicle was moved before I get any response or action from parking enforcement.I don't get it how couldn't I get anyone to talk to at all even after 90mins waiting time. I am wondering when the google review rating is 2.1and why no higher authorities are taking any action against this.

Mr Oyemu, #65664, called me a nasty name and gave me the finger as he drove away. He told me several times the ticket is $150.very proud of himself.Very unprofessional, reminds me of the days when people were beaten by police at cherry beach. Little did he know I have 5 cameras and a microphone on my truck. It's going to take a few days to get the video together but it will be worth the wait! Lots of closeups, he had the biggest finger I have ever seen.

Parking Enforcement officers have a very tough job. Park legally, so you don't get a ticket. Officers don't tell you to park illegally. You make that choice. Keep up the good work officers.

Quite possibly the most useless group of people I've ever encountered in my life. As I write this, I have been waiting nearly 2.5 hours for someone to respond to a vehicle completely blocking my driveway. Living near a hospital, this is a regular occurrence for me. In the event the officers DO arrive before the violator has left (rare), they are pleasant enough. The dispatchers on the other hand are rude, condescending and miserable. Overall a brutal service.

Literally the worst possible experience from this department. The communication between the operator, supervisor and dispatch is arguably the worst. Either they do not know who is doing what or they'll just push your distress call further saying they get hundreds of calls, and cannot be giving an ETA. There was an unauthorised vehicle in my condo parking spot which by the time parking enforcement arrived was gone. This was 4 hours from the time the first call was made to them. I suffered despite somebody else enjoying my parking privileges. This was still a condo parking spot, I cannot imagine the difficulties people with street parking permits might be facing.

Waited over 40 minutes on hold without ever being connected to agent. Called to have parking enforcement coke and remove vehicle blocking my car from exiting condominium.

We've been complaining forever that out of town workers claim our spots from 7am and regardless of calls, nothing is done. No one is ticketed even though we pay for our permits to park on the street we are also paying taxes for. Our cars are broken into and nothing is done. We are squished into spaces it's impossible to get out of. Nothing is ever done. Tgey don't even want to hear from us. I want the hundreds I spend for a permit to be refunded as apparently tgey mean nothing. Lost revenue doesn't seem to get them to come and do tgeir job. No respect for citizens and homeowners in the core.

You guys should improve your customer service. The lady who picked up the phone is extraordinary rude and impatient. You guys should know that people who call this number are already in an unassisted situation and we need to call and face another unassisted customer service. The call is not helping at all and just made my day worse. Hope you guys can fire this lady
