Extremely concerned about the safety of cabinets. I purchased a new built home in 2020 and selba is the cabinet’s brand. Whenever I open the cabinet, it smells just awful. I have to hold my breath for the past 2 years whenever I open the cabinets. I purchased an air quality tester and everywhere else in my house is ok except for these cabinets. And it’s not just not okay, the machine just went out of the read whenever I put the machine in the cabinet!!!! Both Formaldehyde and VOC is out of the range showing 9999 the max number!!!! Will contact the Taron for this issue.

We have had a Selba kitchen now for over 16 years. We are very happy with the quality and style of our kitchen. We would recommend a Selba kitchen for anybody looking to renovate or upgrade their kitchen.

My old previous kitchen was built by Selba - 18 years ago. When I started to think about the kitchen renovation in august 2022, I visited many kitchen design/manufacture companies. And I think I made the smartest decision this time that I choose again Selba kitchen. Everything was very professional. It started from the design, when Paula Lolas implemented all my preferences into the design and the working drawings. It was a great pleasure to work with her. She is a very professional designer, with a lot of experience, very careful to details and customers. And plus very nice person. My special thanks I want to say to installer Vitaliy. His work was outstanding: very professional, very careful. I was very lucky that these two people were working on my kitchen project. I think all Selba's team deserves a lot of praise. Everything was smooth: time schedule, production, delivery, installation. The quality of cabinets and installation work are very high, everything is exactly as I wanted. I'm very happy with my new kitchen and I already decided that all new projects (for furniture) will be done with Selba only. Thank you!

Last month I was renovating my master bathroom, and was shopping for vanity. Being in the area, since our company in just cross the street from them, I went to ask for some ideas. The first response I got, was“ OUR STUFF ARE NOT CHEEP “I was very offended by that comment, however didn’t say anything . After 5-10 minuets of waiting the reciptionist told me, “no one is available to help you at this time, you can give me your number and someone will contact you”. Guess what? No one didAnyway, I went somewhere else and got a beautiful costume made vanity made for me. I will never recommend this company to anyone . If there was an option to give them 0 star, I would’ve done that

Renovated my kitchen with Selba and I am fully satisfied. Customer service is amazing, everyone was professional and treated me well. The receptionist was so lovely and cares a lot about her job. I would recommend Selba to anyone who needs a kitchen!

EXCELLENT QUALITY AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Selba was responsible for a kitchen renovation ten years ago, and we have come back to them now that we are renovating a new home. Their selection is GORGEOUS!! Their designers are very knowledgeable. They are VERY sensitive to budget constraints and will help to make sure that what you select is affordable to you. Their installers are very talented. I can not say enough about the quality of Selba. Their website, too, is very helpful in providing inspiration for those like me who never know where to begin.THANKS to Selba and their entire staff!!

Based on a recommendation from our designer we selected Selba for our kitchen renovation; we are delighted we did. The entire process, from design, selection through to the install went extremely well. Importantly, the project was delivered on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the final product which far exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend Selba.

We renovated our home 6 years ago. We are typically not the type of people to write reviews or voice concern, this is precisely why we waited so long to post a review. We are highly unsatisfied with product, professionalism and overall service with Selba Kitchen. When we renovated we did not look anywhere else but Selba because we had full trust that they would give us great product and service but we were way off. Firstly, we have them a paint colour and sample to match out cupboards to the crown moulding and it is not even close. Our moulding is white and our cabinets look yellowish not to mention that they are peeling. We had addressed these concerns with management and they came to our house and brought touch up paint and not address all issues. We spent $$$ on a corner lazy Susan cupboard and have not been able to fully use it since day 1. Service guy came out to our home 3x’s to try and fix it. Once this was done we received a call from Selba basically telling us that this would be the last service call. I don’t understand because nothing was resolved. We are extremely disappointed with our kitchen. We waited so many years, worked so hard to be able to renovate our home and this is the service we received. Highly highly disappointed.

Waited 12 minutes on the phone for a salesperson. There was no apology for the long delay. Terrible customer service. Seeya.
