The staff is not experienced with alteration and careless about her work. My brand new flowing summer dress turned out to be hardly able to button around hip and waist. I felt she knew about it and did it on purpose, when I wanted to try it on, she told me to go back and try at home. (thus I feel she is mean and dishonest). When I requested adjustment, she told me to stay outside and not watching her doing it, actually she didn't want to admit the dress already ruined and no room to adjust at all. The dress is now unwearable and makes me sad looking at it. Beware of the fake good reviews.
