Had to return a fan motor and the clerk D Caron was belligerent and very unprofessional. There are other places that offer good customer service. This place certainly does not.

They had exactly what I needed. Not too much in the way of customer service, but that can be expected if you aren’t a licensed hvac installer. Tons of products, tons of info. I would not hesitate to give them a call if you are in need of a motor!!! My new blower fan is working like a dream! Exact fit for a retro furnace.

I was at another supplier's store to get an A/C Condenser motor which had just given out... on one of the hottest days of the year.... go figure, but they didn't have it in stock... another shopper pulled me aside and suggested Soper's just down the street... said they probably have what I needed and for less too. I'd never heard of them. I went immediately and one of the staff priced out what I needed as it was a replacement for an older A/C unit (brand name no longer in business) and it was available for less". In the end I decided to replace the entire system
