Not a good experience. Quick eye exam ( don’t ask any questions they won’t be answered) herded to the glasses department then to the payment options. Money making joke not a word about the health of the patients eyes etc. I’d give it no stars if I could.

Hey! This is the 2nd time I visit Dr Ricky at Dr Coward & Assoc. It was just as amazing pleasant as the first time. Dr Ricky’s professionalism with just a touch of good humour made my eye exam experience… almost fun! Dr Ricky takes the time to explain the results of his eye review in terms I can understand. Very highly recommend! Thanks Dr Ricky!

Dr Tzang was cheerful and a good communicator. I felt good about his expertise. Front desk was very efficient, friendly, and on time. I had a good sales person in Tiffany. Only constructive feedback is that the office is a little sales-y from what I overheard. I will happily go back to Dr Tzang.

I brought my son in for an eye exam recently and we saw Dr. Natalie Renaud. She was friendly and thorough, and took the time to explain our options and recommendations for glasses. Tiffany quickly helped my son pick out a great pair of glasses that matched some styles he’d had in mind. The gals at the front desk were lovely and helpful, too. All-around great experience…we will be back! :)
