While the food was good as usual, the service here was abysmal at best. The young gentleman behind the counter (wearing glasses, dark hair, grey shirt) when we arrived around 6:30PM April 15th was unwelcoming and short with us. His unfriendly energy extended from abruptly asking for our order to knocking our cups over once placed on the counter and then walking away without an apology or righting the knocked over cups. No thanks given it felt like we were interrupting his day. We were the only clients in the restaurant. Once we sat down, the next customer that walked in experienced the same service and loudly commented on it.Yes it's fast food, but your staff could learn something about treating clients with simple kindness and manners.

Currently under renovations. As far as A&Ws go, this is a real great one. The owner is super friendly and involved with his community. The staff are trained really well and are always happy to help. Going to look great in there once it reopens after the weekend

The renovated dine-in area feels great and looks nice, good menu items and also has the best vegan options of the chain restaurants in Rocky.

Passing through for the 2nd time at this location I was greeted again with the rudest team member. The 1st time I chalked it up to her having a bad day and customer service wasn't her specialty. Yesterday she was rude AGAIN when I was trying to figure out my order . Her havingto handle the drive thru as well as having to take an order at the counter at 9:45 am on a Saturday morning was obviously a bit to much for her . I canceled my order and gladly took my business to the McDonald's beside your location. As I will continue to spend my 65$ every Saturday morning anywhere but this A&W. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this employee as a customer or coworker as I've seen her bark at the people she works with. Disgusting. Grab an anger management course or at the very least take some time to be kind to your customers. This is not the only place to eat in town. O/10 for your horrible attitude.

Just had my worst experience at any a&w. Went through the drive thru and it started there, the guy at the window was rude because i put my bank card away before i took the drink he was handing me. The food was no better , fries were old and soggy, the bun felt like it had been out all week was crusty and dry, my kids poutine was drowned in gravy to the point that it was more like soup. And to top it off our pop was completely flat, ive eaten here before and never had issues so I figured I'd just give them a call and ask to have the food replaced and was told it sounded like I wasjust after a free meal.Just hung up after that if that's how they want to treat customers I'd rather not even be bothered to go back.

One star until all A&W's bring back the root beer float. All new drinks are trash. While you're at it, bring back the Memphis Hot Chicken, it was 10 X's better then the next best thing on the menu. Stop trying to be Tim Hortons, it's not a good look.
