So very Glad Raider Wildlife was recommended to me. If you have a raccoon problem, call or email Raider Wildlife Control (Chris and Blake). Within hours I got a call. Blake was here with the team in 24 hours to do his check and provided me a quote within 15-minutes of leaving. The price was great, and their team was here in two days to do the required work. Everyone on the team was kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate the fact that Chris gave me a call after to make sure everything was good. I can not say enough to how respectful the team is.The team that came and secured my home were extremely professional and meticulous. They treated my home like their own. They did a top-notch job, taking care to match my existing house materials with the new protection they added to my home.This company is the real thing, and I could not be happier. I unexpectedly had a need for wildlife removal. As it turned out I had a family of Racoons in my Attic. I did a search of Companies in my area and Raider had many positive reviews. They are as ADVERTISED. I contacted them on a Monday morning and talked with Chirs about my situation. Blake was at my house within a couple hours and was able to determine where the access point was within about 20 seconds.Before he left he was able to educate me on what the next steps would be, what my options were and when the work could be completed. As it turned out from when I made my first call to when the project was completed was just over 24 hours.Overall a very responsive, efficient and informative company to deal with. Every interaction was professional and courteous and the quality of their workmanship was amazing. A big thanks to Raider for solving our Racoon Issue. Absolutely Fantastic!Woke up at 7:30am on Jan 2 to the sound of at least one raccoon in our attic.Found Raider Wildlife Control via a Google search. I was impressed with the reviews & their responsiveness to the reviews. Called them at 8:11am and Blake answered right away. He was very professional, informative, & understanding on the phone.Blake provided updates through the day &, even though he had a very busy schedule that day, was able to attend my house the same day.Blake provided complete insight regarding how the raccoons would be dealt with & how to protect my house from large rodents re-entering my house. Two written quotes were promptly provided (one with removal & basic protection, the other with removal & full protection). Blake explained that the quotes were for complete services at either basic or full protection levels, as well that if any quoted items (e.g. one-way exit door) were not needed then the related cost would be removed from their final invoice.As the work is weather dependent, and there has been two days of rain since my initial call, the service crew attended today (Jan 5) and completed all the work in a very professional, efficient, & courteous manner. As they needed to access the attic from inside our house, the crew even wore protection on their boots (so no dirt was tracked on to our floors).I cannot express my thanks enough for the absolutely positive experience it has been working with Blake, Chris, and all the crew members who attended our house.Raider Wildlife Control is now in my phone contacts & will be my go to wildlife control company, also the first company that I recommend to others.

Chris and Blake were very nice and explained everything they were going to do to get rid of our raccoons and mice. Raccoons were out the same night and I have not heard anymore noises from mice so far. Their crew was very professional and they knew exactly what to do. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them.
