I’m not sure if it’s safe to order from here yet. The staff will completely ignore you and all huddle chatting around the cash register and stare at you. You need to approach them not the other way around. The man with glasses whom appears to be a supervisor or a longer term employee the way he was talking to staff “picked inside his ear” when he was talking to me. Hygiene is an issue obviously since I would not want to touch anything he has touched for fear of ear wax. He also made assumptions about my space when he didn’t even know. For the prices they charge I expect better service and not to feel grossed out about hygiene.

I wanted to share my experience with Structube and how impressed I am with their customer service. A few months ago, I purchased a beautiful table from them and was extremely happy with the quality and how it looked in my home. Unfortunately, I noticed a crack on the surface of the table a few weeks ago. After contacting the shop, they were quick to respond and asked me to upload pictures of the crack to assess the issue. They determined that the table needed to be replaced and to my surprise, they arranged for a new one to be delivered to my home free of charge. The entire process was seamless and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Structube to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and exceptional customer service. Although I couldn't recall the name of the salesperson who helped me, I was able to find their ID number and name on my bill: ID number 1470, Salesperson 2935. I apologize for forgetting your name, but I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful job you did. Your assistance during my purchase was exceptional, and I appreciate your professionalism and expertise.

We were amazed to find such high quality, stylish and affordable furniture. The staff struck just the right balance of helping us out and giving us space.

After waiting weeks for products to be in stock, there were issues with getting the furniture delivered. Thats a whole other story.The quality is ok. The tv unit has significant damage on it. There are scrapes on the wood and there are parts that are pretty bent out of shape. Made it difficult to build. Avoid this place.. it’s not worth the time or energy. Won’t be returning it as they’re customer service is, well, useless.

I like this branch in Midtown as it’s not too crowded thus you have plenty of time to explore the store and compare various items. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. One of the staff (Isaac I guess) moved around some of the items for me to see how the decoration would look like. He also helped me with placing my order and the shipping date. Highly recommend this branch.

I think not only this store but Structube as a company should answer to all those complaints about the delivery time. They took my money in February 2022 and changed the delivery time at least 3 times. Terrible customer service and no one knows for sure when the real delivery date is. Then why do you charge people?I think you take millions of dollars and delay the shipments without paying interests to your customers.. I used to like your store but I prefer to spend my money somewhere else now…

When I'm ready to buy I'll be going here to get my couch. I saw what I want with perfect couch at a great price.

I bought a bed from structube 8 months ago and I think I am starting to regret it. It looks great but the wood is very cheap and chips easily. As well, the support legs in the middle of the bed are not sturdy and move/break out of place. When we first ordered the bed it came with the wrong pieces and when the new pieces came back they were still wrong.I wish I would have gotten a more sturdy wood. Having said all this they do have some other nice products.

Structube furniture quality is terrible, We bought couch, diner table and chair, drawers and more and none of them worked more than 6 month, we had to repair all of them and replace many of them with IKEA goods.
