Wasn't buying anything from them I just call to get info on a used product I was buying privately from someone and I needed parts information to find out if what I was buying would work on my side by side..they took the time and matched up part numbers and really saved me a lot of money buying used and not new ..treated me as if I was one of their own customers. The help was very much appreciated

Truro Motorsports is an unusual place in this day and age. Despite being very busy, they are responsive and provide top drawer customer service at a fair price. They do what they say they will do and it is invariably done when they promise. The folks at TM are trustworthy and make you feel like it is all about you and not about them. Randy and his team deliver no matter if the need is a small repair or a major purchase. The area is fortunate to have a business like this in its’ midst.

My GF bought me an expensive gift certificate for xmas. During that time, the dealership was owned by Freedom whom Randi worked for. 4 months later, the dealership became independently owed by Randi. When i came to used the certificate after work was done to my bike, he would not honor the certificate. i found this to be terrible customer service. I will never return to his shop and will tell people of the lousy way he handled the situation.

Waited around for about 15 minutes because they were busy" but yet I saw at least 3 people standing around the back doing nothing. I asked the cashier if they carried IPONE mixing oil and he said he didn't know! Completely useless. I got tired of waiting so I just went to the cat shack and was in and out within 5 minutes. Husqvarna Canada should be ashamed. I will be sending this to them. Shouldn't be in business if you don't wanna serve costumers"

Not impressed with this place at all.Customer service was rude.Asked the parts service guy if they carried any Gremlin bells. The service person acted like he was being bothered and turned away from us and said No...we don't carry that

Do not go here. They held our bike for a month when it just went in for inspection and then when we finally got it back they had killed the battery and siphoned the gas. Hope they get shut down.

Brought out Kawasaki jet ski in. We were told there was issues with the fuel line. Took forever to get parts in but was understandable due to Covid and challenge in getting parts. We were charged $3000 in parts and labour and were told it was good to go. Launched it but didn’t work. Brought it back and were told it was not repairable. Why on earth would we have paid $3000 in the first place? Completely ripped off.
