Rude. Unwilling to offer information when I feared a mistake had been made. His answers for the same question changed from “I don’t have to tell you” “no” “maybe” “well it depends on what they say”. When asking to stick on topic to what was being discussed he stated “im not concerned about your concerns”. Further more he’s collection on behalf of someone that has no idea a file has been submitted. Just confirmed with my landlord, his office and enbridge that there was a mistake, and this man is unwilling to believe that a mistake was made, and heavily implied I was lying. Please send your business elsewhere, my landlords (who I do owe to) aren’t even going to use this joker any more. Thanks for being kind, sympathetic and professional Steve!

We only recently started using CGI for our business collection needs and their service is very efficient. We have not had success ourselves with a couple of overdue customer accounts, but CGI collected them in a very short time with 100% payment.
