I googled where to find gf puff pastry and your store came up. I stopped in today to pick some up and found much much more. The lady who helped me was so incredibly lovely, kind and so very helpful! I can t wait for my daughter to try all the yummy goodies I brought home! Exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

RAVE!!!!!This bakery is AMAZING.The owner is the best. I just adore her, she is so caring, and so passionate about what she does. You wont have to worry for a second about what your eating, she is spectacular and just the nicest person you will ever meet.My boyfriend is a celiac, and we have tried so many places. Although Safeway/Sobeys/save on may be convenient, the food tastes bland and not that great. When going to Rio Vida Bakery, she has frozen food so you can buy in bulk and take home and you’ll be good for awhile.I absolutely will forever be raving about this place.Her cookies are DELICIOUS, I am such a fan.Food from here tastes amazing. I am not celiac myself but I eat some of her food (when my boyfriend shares LOL) and I just love it.If you or anyone you know or your loved ones have allergies including celiac disease I HIGHLY recommend checking her out.

Rio Vida Gluten Free Bakery and Ready-to-Eat Food Products
In the over 10 years of having celiacs I have travelled and eaten gluten free all over the place. This is my favourite place of all! I love the large selection of delicious savoury options.. calzones, curry pies, etc but the donuts are also incredible. The woman who I'm assuming is the owner/baker/front counter is always so kind and positive. I don't live in Edmonton but everytime I'm near i make sure I stop here and load up my cooler. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Edited March 5th to include pictures.Wow!!! First time here today and I cried at the kindness and great tasting cheese balls and donut holes that I got to try. I can't wait to try the sausage rolls, empanadas, green onion cakes, calzone and fresh buns that I purchased. I appreciate the time that was taken to show me all the good stuff and the tips to save money. I expected my bill to be substantially higher than what it was which was also wonderful. I will gladly make the drive across the city to support this wonderful business.

RioVida is a 5 star baker of gluten free goodness. Rio Vida Bakery is hidden away behind new Asian village on stony plain rd. The bakery carries everything from gluten free pizza crusts, buns, flat breads, to soups, donairs and more.The owner is so welcoming and kind to everyone that enters her store.She is always trying to make new and exciting gluten free products.

Well I gotta say this place is really amazing. I was just recently diagnosed with celiacs disease and feeling kinda blah about not having gluten and this place has really made me feel it won’t be so bad at all. Both staff working were very nice and helpful. The one lady gave me and my wife 2 extra onion cakes on the house which I will say were so delicious. We bought perogies, buns and a raspberry desert and all were incredibly good. 100% we will return

This bakery is amazing! I've never had better gluten free food. The cinnamon buns are the best I've had, including ones with gluten! They have a wide variety of savoury and sweet. The owner is very kind as well. I will definitely be going back!

Rio Vida Gluten Free Bakery and Ready-to-Eat Food Products
I have heard great things about this bakery, however, had not had the opportunity to go. Wow, have I ever been missing out! The owner is a very welcoming and sweet lady! My non- Celiac fiancé and I (Celiac) both enjoyed everything that we bought, which included onion cakes and donut holes. I cannot begin to describe how absolutely lovely the owner is. From how she speaks about the food, you can guarantee that every product she makes is made with love. I would highly recommend to anyone who has Celiac disease to go and visit. You will not be disappointed!
