Excellent experience working with Brian to get blinds fitted in our house. The fitting itself was thorough and the installation was super quick and looks great. Would highly recommend them.

We saved 50 percent based on pricing from another competitor. My only regret is not having hired them for the whole house (we’d gone with someone else before discovering them)!

Brian contacted us immediately and made an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, came with all the needed product information and colors. He provided us a quote immediately and we awarded the shutters to Budget Blinds based on his professionalism etc. Brian came back and measured and ordered the blinds advising they may take 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds. The owner, Brian, is knowledgeable and was quick in his responses. We had 5 sets of blinds installed by Matt and he was friendly, quick, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. The blinds look great and are a nice quality.

I had a great experience with the ordering and installation of blackout roller blinds for a large bedroom window. 6 months later blind roller system got jammed up. I phoned for assistance, received a timely call back and then service visit to resolve. I was not charged. I appreciated the excellent customer service.
