Very very disappointed. All 3 members of my family were NOT happy with our meals. Ribs super dry, shrimp rubbery and chicken in all 3 meals were pink and some parts literally raw. Fries never came with order. Had to call them to send out delivery guy again. Had to throw out half our food. So upsetting. Spent over $95 and we would have been more satisfied with a cheap fast food burger from somewhere else. In all fairness...When I called to complain about fries, they were friendly, agreed to send us fries and to give me a credit of $20 towards next order. Impressed how well they handled it. I know accidents happen. No problem. BUT It was only after I got off the phone that we dug into our meals and that's when it got worse. I doubt we will be returning to even benefit from the $20 credit. In the end, we spent $95 and it was terrible. If anything good to say, the cream of broccoli soup, bread, fries and gravy were good.

I hate to leave a bad review but I gave this restaurant too many chances. For the last 6 take out delivery orders there were either missing food or incorrect items and this last order we got, chicken was undercooked, fries were rock hard and the rice was hard either undercooked or days old. Next day my kids were all sick with stomach aches and vomiting. We still like going to swiss chalet but not this location. Unfortunately for us everytime we order online it comes from this location instead of the one we like to go to near the 401 and Stevenson.

I made an online curb side order and when I got there I waited for 45 minutes in the car and they never brought it out. When I called they said it didn’t show up on their computer that I was waiting out from. The manager gave me a full refund and replaced my meal and even threw a dessert in. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.

Probably one of the worst locations to visit. Ordered take out and not only was the order wrong once we got home and live too far to take it back, it tasted horrible. Fries looked as though they were off the floor and tasted like they were cooked last week. Chicken was dried out completely and neither salad came with a dressing. Only positive was the order was ready fairly quickly.

The food was done horribly. I think when you are providing customer service / food handling we need to look at staff and how the food is being handled. Fries were extremely salty, it was unbearable to eat, my nana's vegetables were also sour and tasted expired. Please do better and do not reach out.

food is always great, but today, not even 5 minutes ago they took 100 out of our account and claimed they didn't! we paid for 2 orders that were declined and they told us that they didn't take the money and we had to file with the bank! do better.

My husband organized a lovely birthday dinner for me with the family. We had a wonderful time and the meals were delicious as usual and with that being said, I would just like to thank Valerie for doing a great job taking care of us. She is truly an asset to your restaurant.Thank you Valerie, you made our dining experience that much better!

Not only did we have about four people serving our table….I asked the waitress if she knew anything that was on the kids menu to save her from having to go get one. Your waitress Jamie told me, “I’m not going to recite it for you, I’ll get one.” I thought, woah… rude. After about 15 minutes - without our promised menu, I asked the older waitress, she complied right away!THEN, this same rude waitress, served my husband before me, which I thought was poor serving etiquette serving a male before a female (we had the exact same meal). So when she brought his meal, she served the HOT plate of food RIGHT OVER MY 7 MONTH OLD BABY IN HIS CARSEAT.Jamie could learn a lot from the older waitress that helped her do her job last night. I will not be back. I have young children, and I won’t teach them that it’s okay to be rude to someone for absolutely no reason.
