These guys rock! Called last minute and was fit into schedule plus was cheaper than the other 2 places quoted! Got my water heater replaced the day after I got the quote! That’s top-notch service with speed, quality and low price from this great local company! Would definitely recommend!

TC did the plumbing work on our kitchen remodel. They installed a new faucet and water filter. The plumbing under the sink leaked, which they eventually came to fix, connections for the water filter were a tangled mess under the sink, which the GC and I cleaned up and re routed, and the nozzle weight was installed upside down. My husband fixed this after it fell off. They also scratched up our wood floor in front of the sink while working under there. GC resolved this issue.They also installed the dishwasher incorrectly (it was a panel ready - they mounted too far forward and ended up with extra holes in the side of the cabinet. GC reinstalled the dishwasher.They connected water for the ice maker in new refrigerator - forgot to turn the valve back on, which we had to figure out. There was also a dent in our refrigerator door after they left - but they claimed they didn’t do it.They attached the gas line for the new range, the connector was missing an L-piece and didn’t fit behind the stove, so had to be redone. They also left the sealant for the gas connection dripped (and dried) on our newly refinished wood floor.Would not recommend. No apology, refund, etc. and a lot of extra time spent by myself, my husband, and the GC to complete, clean up or fix the work done. GC conveyed to me that Nick, the owner, was “surprised” that they left a mess.

Had a major main drain clog of sludge and tree roots. I called to schedule at 1 pm, Nolan showed up about 30 minutes later to inspect the job, and came back with all his equipment an hour later. He started with a camera inspection and not only told but showed me how screwed my drain actually was. I decided to go all in and solve the problem with their jet system and within 10 minutes Nolan had a partner and a second truck of equipment. They started the cleaning just before 3:30pm and were finished cleaning 90+ feet of drain of sludge and tree roots before 4:45pm.I don’t know why I went with these guys, I called and they answered right away, their operator was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I would go with these guys for any plumbing solutions, fast, honest, and dedicated people runnin the show here. This is a great business to support in the GF area.
