I was aware that my truck needed front end parts changed in order to have a front end alignment done and made sure I told this to the technician when I originally booked my appointment. If I had known the they were too busy to actually do the repairs at that time or within the following two weeks I would've gone elsewhere initially. The technician also did not notice that both front struts needed to be replaced during their inspection". This resulted in me to have to book a second appointment with another garage after changing the front end parts that Everitt's informed me were required in order to do a front end alignment. Dont worry Everitt's you WILL NOT ever get my business again. As I said in my initial review do not waste your time and money. Go somewhere else."
