Nick was amazing. It was my first time working with a mortgage broker and after working with Nick I couldn’t be happier. His level of expertise and availability made purchasing our propre try a breeze. He was able to get us a rate much 1.5% lower than the ones advertised at the time of closing the purchase. As a first time home buyers, Nicholas did an outstanding job walking us through the process of purchasing our first home. He put us at ease and answered all of the questions that we had. He helped us invision what monthly payments would look like in Laval and Mascouche as we were looking at listings to better help us make our decision. He was very quick and efficient and clearly outlined anything that was needed.
