Made a complaint and the supervisor on at this time tried to argue with me and rolled his eyes continuously during our interaction. Tried to have the item corrected at the drive thru window and no staff would acknowledge us.

This place is a bit of a dive. Prices have gone up since I was here last. Hard to hear attendant on the PA ordering system. Typical DQ fare. Stingy on toppings

The food has been alright at best but very inconsistent. The food is not a complete write off for me but can be poor at times. In the winter at the time of writing this review, the parking lot can house 4 cars at most and you are required to drive over the drive thru curb to get around the building. I have learned to only order items using simple words as the staff's first language is not english and is very frustrating when your order comes out wrong. A select few staff members are fine with understanding you and you understanding them but most of the time when ordering they either aren't friendly, don't say anything, speak quietly or look at you like you have 2 heads because they don't understand what you're saying. Facility is poor in terms of cleanliness, especially in the washroom (I'd advise not using it at all). Lower your expectations prior to entering the building or driving up to the speaker and you'll be okay.

Some of the worst CS. Workers could barely speak a lick of english. For some reason drink machine was hidden. Was hungry and short on time so I had to just get a #1 since they couldn't communicate. Toppings weren't too bad, burger was pretty dry but alright and dryness didn't matter cuz buns were disgustingly soaked. Rings were very bland, soggy and undercooked in parts. Won't be coming back.

We were in for late lunch (3:00 Friday afternoon, March 3rd) and found the service to be 100% top notch. The gentleman that served us was incredibly pleasant and helpful, interacting with the kids and ensuring our order was perfect.Really, I cannot explain how pleasant the experience was - he was a breath of fresh air with his cheery demeanor and we left feeling bolstered by his great mood!This is the kind of service that requires a Google review!

My husband and I both got a cheeseburger with fries. The burgers were very dry and did not look or taste like the burgers at any other dairy queens we’ve been to.

Don't expect the staff here to be excited to see you. I'm fairly sure customers get in the way, though it looks as though we might be providing welcome relief from the drudgery of working at this outdated hole of a joint.We were there on a Monday and there was one girl who looked to be actively avoiding doing any work while those around her appeared to be walking through waist-high molasses to fulfil the orders. They were as sullen a lot as I think I've ever seen working anywhere.The washrooms were apparently last tended to at the turn of the century. If you think you can hold on to go somewhere else I strongly suggest you do so...At least the blizzards were reasonable so it's not a complete write off.

Too bad, this used to be a great DQ, been coming for over 25 years. They had almost nothing of what I ordered, barely spoke English and were extremely unhelpful. Restrooms are out of order and the whole place smells gross. You can tell some of the staff is trying their best and I feel bad for them, but clearly management and especially the ownership doesn’t care and are just gouging everyone for max profit with zero quality or customer care. Go anywhere else.
