The security officer in question is a white male, approximately 150 kg in weight, and around 195 cm in height. Unfortunately, I do not have the officer's name, but I believe these details should be sufficient to identify him based on your staff records.During my visit to your store on the aforementioned date, I witnessed an incident involving this security officer and another customer. The customer, who identified as gay, requested some form of accommodation within your store due to his health conditions. He had with him multiple medications and an oxygen cylinder, suggesting he has significant health concerns.Regrettably, instead of offering assistance or handling the situation with empathy and understanding, the security officer responded with what appeared to be excessive aggression. Rather than facilitate the customer's needs, he was confrontational, creating an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation given the customer's apparent health conditions. This incident has left me concerned about the level of professionalism and sensitivity your security staff is expected to uphold, particularly when dealing with customers who may have special needs due to health issues. Such individuals should be met with compassion and understanding, not hostility or unnecessary aggression.

Clean, and overall better option than VV. Better value and transparency and the men's clothing section is much less worked over. The staff are good people, and nice to see a balance of male and female employees. They do ask most people to lock their backpacks in the front lockets.

I was visiting this location on Saturday. Unfortunately, I don't have a chance pass thru this security - police man". I had a backpack with me and he said that I am not allowed to get in unless I put my backpack in the locker. I said that I can't do that because I have my medication that I may use while I am in the store. I asked for an accommodation and I was rudely refused to do so.Security is very unprofessional and rude to me and to another people. He was acting like this is his private place expansive boutique. This guy for sure is profiling all people who are walking in. He was pushing me out of the store when I decided to start recording video of what is happening at that moment. I was so worry about my safety and safety others. This was only done

Red white blue green yellow. Color sale is hardly ever on the racks. I have over heard workers talking about which color to pull. It used to be a mix of tags but they clearly tag them so what ever colors on the racks wont be the sale color for week or the next. If you pay attention there will be majority two colors and the odd 3rd color and maybe 0.0001% sale color.

Love thrifting here but there is always a security guard looming at the door (which doesn’t feel comfy for a lot of people!) & the prices are getting a bit outrageous!
