Loves of girlie items. In a large mall. Lots of parking, wheelchair ♿️ and wheelchair accessible. Brought an iPhone case and popped up for phone. Have earrings, necklace, etc.

Nice store and very nice staff but everything is overpriced. Got a piercing when I was 10 and my ear was so heavily infected afterwards that my ear exploded ooze everywhere when i went out, happened to a friend too. Not sure why it happened but im pretty sure we both cleaned our ears well, better off to get a needle piercing anyways as the gun is terrible to some.

I went to the mall as soon as I could after work and the website says that Claire's closes at 9pm. It would be nice if the hours could be updated on the website.

They are good with ear piercings Ana's ask you when you're ready. But the only problem is ... they're earring products often break,cause the hole to expand, irritation, and they sometimes fall off.

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. PLEASE go to an experienced shop like pin studio. i had my lobes done here and had to get them redone THREE times due to problems.claires does not use a hollow needle to pierce. they use an EARRING. professionals all use hollow needles because if you do need to take out the small bit of flesh the earring will occupy, or the earring will be prone to problems. also, all the aftercare they tell you is WRONG. do NOT twist your piercings and do NOT use their cleaner. also, their piercing jewelry is garbage. go to spencers and buy surgical steel earrings or get them from pin studio or online.

My daughter got her ears pierced here back in February. The lady put the pen dot where a second hole would go, way too far over on both sides. I had to keep asking her to move it over and then she had someone else come to do one side while she did the other so it would be done all at once. The other person pierced her ears in the perfect spot, but the lady that put the dot too far over I guess decided that even though I told her to move it, she would pierce where she originally thought it should go. To this day, every time I look at that side of my daughter's head I feel so badly that her earring is in the wrong place. I don't know if it will heal up to repierce better, but she's so young now she wouldn't want it redone for a few years anyways.

If I could give negative stars I would!! The manager of this store is a disrespectful human being. She is not at all helpful and very rude, which as a customer does not make me want to go back!! Has 100% lost me and my kids service. If you don’t have people skills don’t be working in retail lady!!!
