Global Pet Foods

I have been purchasing dog food and dog treats from this Global Pet Foods location for over a year now. I previously used to shop at Petsmart however the sales representative at this store was so kind and helpful that I completely switched over and started purchasing my items from this store. However most recently I have not seen that sales representative and instead it is someone new who is not very kind nor has a great attitude at the store. I had called to place a curbside pick up order so that my mother could pick up food for our dog as I was unable to make it into the store. The representative on the phone mentioned that she could get the order ready over the phone for pick up (she did not sound very happy to do this) however I mentioned that I wanted to pay for the order online so that my mom would not need to spend too much time in the store. My mom ended up visiting the store a bit earlier than expected and didn’t receive the confirmation that the order was ready for pick up and the representative showed a very rude attitude towards my mother that she was there too early and displayed that it was extremely inconvenient. The order was a total of 5 cans and one bag of dog food all from the same section in the store. If it was not ready my mother would have been more than happy to wait a bit however the rude attitude and unhappy behaviour really sets a negative tone for the store now and I do hope the previous representative returns again as I definitely don’t feel comfortable speaking to the employee my mother dealt with today.

Well stocked and well informed. The lady took over 30 minutes with us discussing the products we were getting for our new puppy, and really gave us a lot of things to think about. It seems they really put a lot of thought into the quality and type of items they stock. They also have a great selection and rewards program for their raw food. Highly recommend this store for their variety and customer service. Small but mighty!

Good selection of products, store is clean and well kept. The employees are courteous and helpful. Sad to see this store being replaced by a No Frills☹️

Most amazing gentleman runs this store. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They always have everything your looking for, even the hard to find speciality foods. I would highly recommend this location as the only pet store you need. I will never go anywhere else.

The lady that works at this particular Global Pet food (hit Ontario and raylawson) I believe her name is Sue, she is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had been having a great deal of trouble with my cats for years and thousands of dollars later. I explained to sue what the problem was and she recommended to feed my cat strictly turkey and carna4 for there digestion. I followed sues directions and I have to tell you I have never been so greatful. You are very lucky to have such an incredibly knowledgeable employee. She went above and beyond. Thank you Sue!!

Friendly staff, helpful with food for allergies.Update: our dog passed away, the store was able to offer Gift card for the food we just bought, which was nice. However, when we said our dog passed away, they should have at least said sorry to hear". Show some empathy to your long time customer."

The girl working there with copper/ginger hair is super friendly and soooo helpful! Gave me so many samples for my dog and helpful tips! Will defiantly come again to get my dogs food! A lot of variety for food that’s affordable!

I had a very pleasant experience when I came in to shop for my new puppy! I recently decided to get a dog and i’ve been having a confusing time trying to pick the best dog food brands, toys, treats, etc. When I went in, one of the employees named alliyah was able to answer all the questions I had and helped me pick out everything I needed for my dog. She walked me through all the information I needed to know and was very helpful in my experience. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Great knowledgeable staff. I buy my puppy treats and carna4 kibble here.Lots of different dehydrated, freeze dried treats and raw frozen food.Got some birthday treats for my dogs here on their birthdays.
