Came in here a few months back for some orings I needed.The two gentlemen behind the counter greeted me rather rudely and informed me that they offer pickups only (I was already aware of this but their website is geared toward industrial customers and is difficult to navigate as a consumer so I figured I'd give it a shot).They said they'd help out anyway. They quoted me $1 per oring instead of the $0.12 they have listed on their website. So I guess they pocketed the difference and I bought them a couple rounds of Tims? I know I didn't have to buy at that price but it's not very professional when you have employees making a side hustle off your inventory.If a better explanation for this instance can be given I will retract this review. Regardless, I will be shopping at theoringstore from now on. Their website is much more consumer friendly and their prices are cheaper or on par; even with shipping from the US.

After 30 years of using your services I would like to thank you for the help and assistance your staff has given me. Including custom orders and parts shipped in from other countries.
