I have used all the other companies and have to say bristol provided excellent service and value.Gerry, the manager at this location, was a pleasure to meet and speak with. The truck was ready and on time and everything was as described.I would highly recommend this location over other companies. As an example U-Haul will not guarantee your reservation at a specific spot but punt you to a different location where it may be. As opposed to Bristol which is actually reserving your rental at this location.Great job Gerry, I'll be back for future needs.

It was a great rent so easy to get to. I came a bit early because a buddy had told me he had to wait before but he booked spur of the moment. I on the other hand stopped in a couple of weeks before and made my booking so thing went smoothly. The Truck was clean and every one was friendly easy choice to get a truck at Bristol. Pulse great price.

I called in the morning and had a car for the day an hour later! Gerry was so friendly. The rate for the day was much less than I would have paid elsewhere. The shop was right around the corner from where we were staying. Really couldn't get any easier. I was able to get a car for another day of our stay in Toronto by just asking, hey could I get a car for Tuesday also? So easy. So friendly. Highly recommend supporting this local, family owned business, rather than deal with the big guys at the airport.

What a great truck rental experience! Had a seamless transaction from the original online booking to the 2 emails confirming everything. The owner at the shop was friendly and quick getting me the truck and he sanitized it with me there and made sure I was all good to go! Will definitely use Bristol again especially this little location in Toronto!

I use this Wheels4Rent often and am always very satisfied with the service. The prices for renting are cheapest when compared to other rental agencies and Zipcar. They are friendly and always able to help with what I need. Pick up and drop off is easy. I usually recommend them to others who live downtown and will use them again in the future.

Fantastic experience. Gerry was very helpful and friendly. Service was smooth and easy. I got a brand new truck (only 3.8K) and it was spotless. Pickup was a breeze and drop off after hours was simple. Can’t recommend this location enough!
