My wife and I went for a haircut, The stylist Carolyn was very professional ,very friendly and made us feel like we were family. The other stylist have the same warm comforting personalities.Urban Salon is the place to go for a rewarding experience.

Awesome service, very personable hair stylists. They make you feel as if you are family. Very professional, but at the same time very casual. The hair stylists make you feel as if you are a star.

Best experience I've had at a salon! I'm the customer that doesn't really care what you do to my hair, yet Carolyn is the only one in all my years of having hair that created something I actually liked. I do and know exactly nothing with and about hair, but was comfortable enough asking questions that would normally make me feel stupid and she was a great help

My second haircut at this new salon. Will definitely come back. Angela gave me exactly the hairstyle I was asking for. Felt very safe in this salon. Lots of sanitizing and social distancing.

New to St. John's and still looking for a good stylist!! Asked for a trim/clean up of my inverted bob - cut the back up to my hairline and angle to the length in the front". Two hours later and she's still chopping away at the back which ended up shaved half way up my head FFS! Can't blame her completely

I trusted people at Urban Salon with coloring my gray hairs for the first time. I am highly disappointed by the service quality: overall, 40% of my hairs were gray before color, and about 15% were still the same even after coloring. I would not trust this place for coloring grey hairs and strongly urge people to seek alternatives instead of wasting resources.
