Canada Post

The staff (particularly Jenny) is rude. She raised her voice at me. I told her she didn't need to yell at me. And she then played stupid and said I don't know what you're talking about". She huffed and puffed while I tried to find the postal code my package was being sent to. She thinks nobody will do anything about her attitude ... And I am here to share my bad experience with this post office. They weren't even worth 1 star. Not even a half star."

Would give a zero if I could. On the delivery notice says close at 8pm on Saturday and when we went there it says close on 4pm. Every time we went there the employees act lack of no common sense. First in my life I want to move to other area because of a postal office.

One star is too high of a rating for this place. I just spent 45 min in line watching 2 people 'help' one customer ignoring the LONG line formed as a result. Try this-one person help her and then tell her to move over to fill out and pack her stuff herself, but the second staff should have been helping the other customers. Not a rocket science folks! They were absolutely incompetent! I was there from 3:00 - 3:45pm...this is the time I spent in line!

I was trying to stop mailing my package to fraud, the staff promised me won’t send it and will call me back when they figure it out how to give me back my package, but I didn’t get any reply and they still send it eventually…ridiculous

The two employees who helped my partner and I today were exceptional.Very helpful, fast and efficient. Specifically The gentleman with long hair and a tattoo on his arm… shout out to him.Five stars.

guy at the post office doing training, had to flip a toonie, 2 or 3 times, looking for denomination on it, before the woman training him told him it's 2$.

There's definitely a problem here at this location based on the prices being charged for postage. I noticed another reviewer mentioned that they paid 13 dollars for a package to be sent in Canada. I went to send an 8x10 envelope to Montreal and the cost was close to the same to mail it! What? I didnt send it and ended up putting on $3 worth of postage and then sent it. What they are doing is terrible to upcharge almost 400%! When asked why so much, they were just rude and didn't seem to care to explain the charge. This is terrible service for a store with a Canada Post outlet to take advantage of this government service to charge these prices to people who don't know better. Isn't this against the law? I won't use this outlet and will go to a legitimate Canada post service.

Scam. I take packages or larger envelopes there once in a while, and quickly learned that each time it was around $13 or 14 to send it within Canada. Didnt seem to matter what size it was or how much it weighed. The last envelope tipped me off. It was a little heavier than a normal envelope and they told me it was $13.50 to send out to Sask for normal delivery and $15 for a three day option. Disgusted, I left with the envelope and went online to determine how much it would cost, based on the weight and size of my envelope they gave me at this location. LESS THAN $4 in stamps! I put the stamps on, and sent the package away to be delivered in less than a week! So, what these people do, is UPCHARGE, to a point where its highway robbery. I will not go there again, and I recommend that if you don't want to pay an enormous fee' for an upcharged government service such as postage

The only reason why I have been going to this location is its vicinity to my house otherwise, I have a very bad feeling specially if the Chinese lady is dealing with customers. And after my last latest visit, I would be more than happy to go to the Cherry hill location. The staff treats customer like garbage and is very rude and ill-mannered. She aims at ripping you off and if you don't agree which the price she is asking, she behaves in an insulting manner and tries to rush you. During my last visit, I went prepared having asked my exact delivery price for a package within Canada by contacting Canada Post and she wanted to charge me 5 dollars extra. When I let her know about the exact price from Canada Post, she became uncomfortable and was trying to justify. I don't trust these people and it is evident from their past reviews!!!

I hate Canada post, expensive, slow, not reliable, especially delivery guys are worst, they never attempt to deliver the package but they just take it to the post office for pickup, they just like to work less, more money, awful.
