Very happy with the service my boyfriend and I received at Performance Marine. Brandon was a stand up salesman who was very knowledgeable and polite. He wasn’t your typical pushy salesman. Jilles worked hard to get us into the boat we really wanted and for that, we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you both so much for the incredible service you provided us. We would definitely return for another purchase!

Went in to check if they had a reply to an email they sent for a parts request. So far they have not received a reply. Will check again in a week or two.Good service from their guys, as usual. Treated with courtesy and respect as always.

Great place to have work on your boat done. Well priced and great service!! Check them out if your looking to trade-in and upgrade, they will do thier best to get you into what you need.

Jiles was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new boat. Gave us a great price on the trade and a put an amazing deal together on the new X20. Delivery went great. they really went above and beyond to put everything together. My wife was incredibly pleased by the experience. We were on the lake all weekend and zero issues. This is our second boat from them, thanks once again for coming through for us every time.

Tech Danny is great "I have chaparral 2017 with Merc 4.5 litr bought from this Bc and also I am from Bc. I had a problem with this boat which is rpm doesn't pass 5000.I went all over the dealer ship across the Canada to solve this issue and spent almost 9k in different dealership to diagnosis and test also each dealer ship throw lots of parts and the story is remain same. Almost all the season I travelled across the Canada and I reach Regina beach with my buddy also I heard performance marine and I book appointment with them. I went there and talk directly with Tech explained the situation I had. Now almost this season done I don't have any issue with my boat and even they charge me only very less which is $350.I am very happy with performance marine service and the tech is awesome . In my experience surely I can say that he(Danny) is one of the best Tech in Canada. Thank you performance marine.

worst place ever my boat was there 2 1/2 months so all summer and no promised work was done. and the boat was also damaged, but they will not return calls now or before don't think they care about customers at all !

I been trying to order form parts and service department!! This was the third time the parts came wrong !! Rod Wagner the parts guy was very rude to me saying take it or leave it !!! He also lied to me saying I need a press to put them in and all you need to do is freeze them in a freezer and they slide in. I guess I am out money and have to order them form saskatoon dealer !!

We recently bought a boat from Performance Marine and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience there. Brandon is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. The service manager Rod even patched a tire on our truck after noticing it was losing air. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I had purchased a used boat privately. I have never owned a boat before so thought I should have it serviced. I called and asked about winterizing and was told “you should bring it in right away you don’t wanna take a chance.” So I drove out to the lake specifically to pick up my boat. Brought to the service department and of course suggested an oil and leg oil change which I was ok with anyways. I called 3 days later to inquire about something else and was told “oh we haven’t even looked at your boat and it will be 2-3 weeks before we get to it.” I was like really!!? I was then told “oh don’t worry if it gets below freezing we’ll drain it then.” What was the point of me bringing my boat in just to be stacked into the to do list. If I would have been told this I would have looked somewhere else instead of wasting my time. As a first impression and potential future customer I was disappointed. I’m not sure if I had bought a brand new boat from here I would have been treated differently!? I went and picked my boat to take it somewhere else. Truly disappointed with this place as I wanted to give them my business.After receiving a response from the GM of this business I just wanted to provide further comments. I will admit that I could have asked for clarification in terms of time lines but I do believe they could have communicated this better to me as well. I will say that the staff was friendly and were fast to greet you when you walk into the business. Again like I said I wanted to bring my business to these guys as they have a good reputation. In short better communication on my part as well the business could have possibly turned this into a 5 Star review. My review is based on my experience not the service performed on my boat. I would say that if their service work is in any way related to how they interact with customers then you will be highly satisfied. I will most likely give them another opportunity to work on my boat in the future.******Update May 13, 2018******So I had an issue with my trailer as a seal needed to be repaired. I called just before noon and was told to bring it in and they would do their best to fix it that day as I had an appointment the next day to get some vinyl repaired. They knew the importance to me to have my boat fixed. They made no promises but worked very hard to have boat ready at the end of the day. Even though they were busy my boat was fixed the same day. James the service manager was great to deal with and I had nothing but a great experience. I would highly recommend them as they were professional and helpful with all my questions!

Pretty poor sevices. I called parsts 3 times and left my information with them. They said 3 times I'll call u back with cost of parts and date for pick up. No call backs. Poor poor sevice. Will never call them again.
