Nelson Painting

Our experience with Nelson Painting couldn't have gone better! We saw their van down the street at another home in our neighborhood and decided to give them a call to do some interior painting at our home. We called and Derrick responded that evening and he came over the next day to view the work we wanted done. By that evening we had an estimate in hand and the estimate was lower than what we had figured - a good value. Derrick showed up the day he said he was going to and there were no delays. He was polite, professional, and easy to work with, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He and his crew left our home with a spotless clean-up and a fresh new look. If you are doing any painting, we would recommend Nelson Painting. (Be sure to paint your ceilings. You will be amazed.)

We had just purchased our new lake home and were looking to update it with fresh paint. From our first call to Derrick and Nelson Painting we were truly impressed. With an upcoming closing date we were able to work out an estimate, decide on finishes and paint colors without even having access to the home. Hire this company! Our project needed a bit more than paint. After 18 years in our house, we had rooms with dents, flaws, holes, scratches, etc. The Nelson's made 4 rooms like brand new and their retexturing is perfect! And then their painting is perfect! Looking forward to having them back for 4 more rooms every year to keep our home fresh and modern!

We moved into our home March 2023. It needed a lot of patch work and painting. We had all of our ceilings sprayed and our entire home painted by Derrick and his son Travis. They did an incredible job! The quality of work was outstanding! They are incredibly detailed and professional. We enjoyed every day getting to see the progress and talk through projects with them. I was very impressed with Derrick. He painted out ceilings, walls, patched holes and did some mudding and texturing. He is great with communicating and I enjoyed how he explained what he was doing and why. He is very professional and thorough. I could see that he strives for a great looking final product and did not settle for anything less. He respected my house and my time and it was a great experience. We could not be happier with the final product and will not hesitate to contact him again with our next project!

Derrick and Travis did a wonderful job painting the front room and back room in our patio home. We have a high vaulted ceiling and they did an amazing job, especially where the wall meets the ceiling and getting a nice clean edge. Everything was kept clean and protected and they moved the furniture for us. I would highly recommend this company!!!
