These folks at Grassroots were attentive, prompt, responsive and pleasant to work with. They provided multiple options and scenarios, and allowed us to choose what best fit our needs and budget. They weren't pushy or dismissive. They answered all questions thoroughly, provided explanations, and got us up and running in a short amount of time. The installation crew was friendly and professional, and reviewed everything with me before any work began. They proposed various placement options before jumping to anything. We were highly impressed with Grassroots from start to finish, we highly recommend them, and we are so happy to be using the sun's energy.

Bill and his Company were very helpful when I was thinking about putting up panels, They were very easy to work with and got the job done in record time. Their costs were within my price range. Any questions I have had since have been answered ASAP. When I thought about putting in batteries they were able to tell me how many batteries I would need and the cost alsothe time frame to have them installed. Wonderful people to work with.

Disastrous installation of a system that doesn't work and terrible customer support.This is the 4th solar PV system I've had installed in my life and I have never had as bad an experience. From the installation through support, it has been a nightmare.My system has been performing at 1/3 capacity for over 5 months (I've lost hundreds of kWh of production) and Grass Roots has done virtually nothing to address it. They go out, they report everything is fine and then I look in my online dashboard and hop on the phone with SunPower to confirm it is still not working. They come up with every excuse they can (maybe there is snow on it -- when I can see there is no snow on it). For the last month, I call SunPower multiple times a week get them to send emails to Grass Roots and then Sun Power reports that Grass Roots is ignoring their emails and not responding.I am now working with SunPower to try to switch dealers because Grass Roots has been so delinquent in their support here.Highly recommend you choose another vendor.
