Please DO NOT take your animals to this clinic. It took only 2 visits to realize this clinic was unorganized, understaffed, completely unprofessional and being led by a vet who you should not trust with your animals. They suggested so many medications for my dog that weren't needed, gave vaccines that were unnecessary, they even gave my dog a de-wormer when she didn't have worms - 'just in case' they said. They did this so that they could scam me out of large amounts of money instead of having my dogs best interest at heart. Both visits were bad but the second visit was absolutely horrible - we waited in a crowded waiting room for over two hours past our appointment time. There were so many animals waiting to be seen in this tiny waiting room that they started treating animals right there in front of everyone in the waiting room because there were no rooms available due to the fact that they operate grooming as well even though they don't have the proper space to do both. When we were there, there was only one vet working and everyone else was a volunteer except for the vet tech who was doing the job of 3 people by herself. They had the volunteers in the room helping the vet with procedures. IT. WAS. RIDICULOUS. When we left I knew my dog nor myself nor anyone we knew would step foot in this vet practice again. We are so fortunate that our current vet took us on, we feel so well taken care of now. Trust me it's not worth it, there are so many great vets to go to instead of this circus.

I wouldn't take my pets there every again even if she was the last vet on earth. She does not love animals and only in it for the money so will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Go anywhere else but here.

My wife and I have been going to silvercreek animal hospital for over 20 years we have always been very pleased with the care that they have for the animals.

I have been with Tami and staff for many years. They have taken great care and knowledge of my cat Mesho. They are very friendly and they go the extra mile to deliver me cat food to my home when the clinic is closed. They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them to your furry family friend.

Dr. T and staff are amazing, and friendly! Prices, no payment plan and being on ODSP make things very difficult to do much. (really wish I had my old income again). Just glad my boy is healthy enough not to need all the work done. I can budget the blood and urine tests and start there.

Worst vet I have ever been too! First of all, she is extremely overpriced for the rushed service that you receive. At my appointment she had four other animals booked at the same time as she rushed between them. She then gave my dog a flea medication that is intended for a dog double his weight class , which is not how you prescribe that medication (as stated by my current vet). When I questioned her she became argumentative and she was not accurately aware of the side effects of the medication. She then tried to bill me for a service I didn't even receive 2 months after I last saw her! She came highly recommended to me and she did not live up to her so called 'amazing' reputation. If you care about your pet do not bring them to her you'll waste your time, money, and leave her office extremely dissatisfied.

We took our dog in for a grooming, and the person grooming her had cut her. Not only on her leg, but also snipped her genitalia. When brought out to us, they owned up to the cut on her leg. When asked about the bleeding from the genitalia, they said they had nothing to do with that. In turn, we had to take her to another vet who prescribed medication to stave off any possible infection. As this was a Saturday, we had to wait until the Monday to contact the head veterinarian regarding the damage that was done, who basically sided with the groomer and said... and I quote, it's a case of" he said/she said". This is the same veterinarian

Discovered my cat had worms on Christmas Eve and they had my dewormer ready for me to pick up on Christmas Day. Dr. Beckstead is a really great vet.

Brought my male kitten in to be fixed without issue. Brought my female in a few months later, returned home with a traumatized kitty with fleas. I have no idea what they did to my girl, but I will never go back. Whoever the head vet is, needs to be more professional as well.
