Put large order. Response time was poor. Mistakes were made on both sides. We certainly did not get what we wanted. paid 50% for the wrong batch. Still waiting on quote for a new - corrected - order. Going elsewhere...

Worst experience ever! Had to go twice. First time, I ordered a few t-shirts and was told it would be ready within a week or so. About three weeks later, having received no answers to my left phone messages or emails, I went for a second time in person. He apologized saying he had totally forgotten about the order and would get to it right away. I accepted the apology, then left, and waited, and waited, and now I've given up. It's now been about a month, and I'll never go back again. I utterly and totally do not recommend this unorganized and dishonest man/business.
