The Appliance Gallery on Bank

When I was ready to plan my new kitchen, I walked into Míele on Bank in May 2019 and was greeted by Jeffrey, who became my lifeline for many months to come. We had moved from Ottawa to Hudson, Québec, in a house that needed major renovations. I had my heart set on Míele, and Jeffery was kind enough to suggest I wait until June to purchase my appliances to get the promotion (10% off, 5 year warranty). In June I purchased all of my appliances - refrigerator, gas cooktop, hood, wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. Jeffrey was never pushy, very polite, and explained the features of all of the appliances. Our renovations were delayed, and delayed. Finally, when we got the green light in September, Jeffrey was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. I recommend Míele on Bank, and Jeffrey in particular. The service was outstanding. And the appliances are, out of this world. Thank you Jeffrey, and thank you Míele and the very professional and competent technicians who delivered and installed the appliances.

Contacted this local store when I had an issue with my appliance, and struggled to get meaningful support from Miele Canada. The store staff have been exceptionally supportive, and the manager has taken ownership of the issue - despite the appliance not even having been bought from their store. Knowing that this level of customer support is available will factor into my decision making when I purchase my next appliance.

Best service ever! The staff know every little details about their products and they offer a friendly approach. I had a personalized customer service for a small problem on my vacuum cleaner. I am impressed. Thank you!

Very clean store, excellent (VIP like) customer service and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products. I have had my vacuum serviced here once under warranty and got the best service. (bilingual staff too) The cost of most Miele products is more, but you honestly get what you pay for here (and service and an amazing warranty to back it up). Bravo!

Exceptional service from France Gascon throughout my entire renovation project. I bought a full set of appliance for my kitchen and laundry room from France over the past few months, and her professionallism and customer care is exemplary. My husband teaches sales at the University of Ottawa and he says she is what every sales person should strive for and never quite achieves. France not only guided me to through the best options to meet my needs, she also worked hard to get me the best deals, provided all the specs I needed to give to my builders, and followed up with all the deliveries while keeping me informed throughout the entire 3-4 month process - that's dedication and excellent customer service. I will never buy an appliances anywhere else! It has been such a pleasant and stress free experience, during what has been a very busy and stressful process. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars - Bravo!

Jeffrey and France took excellent care of us on our recent Miele purchase. They are both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase! We are longtime Miele customers... and this showroom is beautiful... that combined with great staff ensures that we will return to this location the next time we need a new appliance. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Knowlegeable staff. Superb appliances! I have had a Miele laundry set for 20 years with no repairs. Have since added a dishwasher, vaccum cleaner and coffee machine. All great appliances. Highly recommend.

Bought a EuroCave wine cooler. Everybody thought the door was reversible. Of course, I had chosen the only model where that was not possible. TBH even the Canadian dealer did not know that. As soon as I mentioned it, they ordered another door, came to my house and replaced the existing door. All was taken care of within two weeks. No hassles. They were proactive. I wish every store provided this level of service. Very much recommend.

Extremely poor customer service.Problems with delivery, and promised rebate associated with the purchase hasn't arrived 3 months later: the store can't do anything about it. We consider going to a lawyer to get what was promised by the vendor if this issue is not resolved within 3 weeks.Dec 2014: It turns out I finally got the rebate after several phone calls. The catch is you cannot buy merchandise with the rebate. Only applies to washer supplies. I called customer service and was told I could use the rebate but only one of the three coupons I received. So when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. Called customer service again and spoke to a manager. The manager told me I was not allowed to use the rebate on product at all. I referred to the assistant I had just spoke to that was saying otherwise. Manager had no explanation for their own staff not knowing about the rebates! Nice team!!! Then the manager argued about my comment about poor delivery service. She argued that Miele doesn't deliver over 100Km from point of sale except with outside services who don't bring the appliance into peoples home. I told her that I was within 50Km from point of sale: she had no comments on that.Since I have the dishwasher, I had the repair person coming in twice. The second time I had to wait 10 days! Not acceptable for a brand new machine. But one thing positive; the repairman was very nice and polite. It was not his fault if the company couldn't manage to have him sooner.Overall: Miele seems confused among themselves, and can't recognise when a customer is right. Customer service attitude: Miele is at the top, customer are in the sewers.

The service we got was fantastic!We walked in a few minutes after 8, unaware that the store closed at 8pm that day as we thought the closing time was 9pm. The saleswoman present assured us that we could still go look at what we needed to see.We went to go see vacuums, and asked her if she had a few minutes to answer a few questions, although that we weren't buying tonight. Without any hesitation, she answered everything, showed us the models in our price range, did a few demonstration of noise levels, suction power, brush options, filter change and bag size, the whole shebang.She gave us info sheets on the models we were considering, and we left sure that we will be back in a few weeks to make our purchase. We had a great time, and we were treated very well considering this was on the saleswoman's personal time.
