Just wanted to share my frustrations with a used tractor we purchased last October.We bought this understanding it was tested and good working order. Although we received in Oct, we didn't have the ability to use until the end of March the following year.So far we have had the following issues:- John Deere will not sell parts or service this tractor as they say it wasn't brought in legally. They will not expand but we have no one locally now.- it only took a small amount of use to determine the brakes were shot. It turns out the pads were glazed and the breathing holes plugged so it was only a matter of time before they gave out.The 3 point hitch mechanizen is troublesome as I am constantly have to adjust the speed to get it to work properly. Agaon no one locally to service.Now it seems the fuel filter wasn't changed before purchase and frankly not something I would have immediately checked upon purchase. Not only did it disintegrate, the filter material has now plugged the injectors.My issue is we are remote and are in our busiest part of the year. We cannot afford to have the tractor fail like it did yesterday leaving our customers stranded as we could not get the boats out of the water..Your company said they would source parts but when the part number provided is wrong and especially when we sent someone specifically to pick it up, it is extremely frustrating.At this point we have no working tractor and no one willing to fix it.For us to take the tractor in to Handlers we have neither the time or the equipment to do so.In the end, if your company had just taken the time to properly service the tractor, which we would have paid for, I don't believe we would be in our current situation.

Handlers is the worst company I've tried to do business with in multiple occasions. I've gone in to price out parts for my own equipment with them always saying they will get back to me. They never get back to me. I called Henry for an update and and ask why they haven't gotten back to me yet. They always seem to loose my information and string me along and then proceeds to tell me I have an attitude and hang up on me. Terrible service all around.

I live close and tired of all the banging u do there. This shakes everyones houses giving us cracks in our concrete and in our houses. I will be in contact with the township or city about this. Not very Happy. Never had this with John Deer when they were here.
