Timely and professional

Will let his assistant struggle with two wrenches and she was clearly uncomfortable with the job. Will did not properly check pipes as discovered water dripping on the floor as well the fill valve wasn’t working properly immediately the part he replaced. I have the same toilet in another room and know how it’s supposed to work.. had them 5 plus years. Will never came back to fix leak or replace the cheap part excuses about being too busy etc etc even though he lives a few minutes away.. once he said he might come I waited all afternoon he never phoned or text that he wasn’t coming. Good thing I wasn’t going on vacation otherwise I would have severely damaged floor/drywall.. I had a invoice from his mother within minutes of him leaving saying “due immediately” Now I had to get a new plumber to fix his work!Update with more excuses no accountability my reply …No Will !! When I told you the toilet wasn't flushing properly you brushed me off!!So I had leaky pipes, a broken fill valve worse off after you came !! after 2 months I called a recommended plumber from a friend he not only replaced the fill valve with a professional part (not a cheap Home Depot part) he also did the job right!! checking and fixing, replacing the fill valve, Toto Flapper, tank bolts and spud washer and even tightened the heated seats for 2 toilets.. for just about the same amount of money you charged….. and he wasn't fumbling with two wrenches he had proper tools and a shop vac.Your work was not completed and part replaced was broken ... from your company and if your going to train an assistant you need to be accountable and responsible for her work.. as she did more damage than help ...Totally do not recommend this company unprofessional, incompetent, rude, dishonest .. he Says my fault as I only told him to replace fill valve, what a joke, he is the plumber I always say do the job right .. thankfully got a excellent plumber after this horrible experience..

Pay attention !Plumb it is professional extortion organization! Will Barz and his mom Diane McWilliams RI are very familiar to put a lien on your title. They live on put a lien and extort money from owner, they don’t live on working to earn money!He started to work in my lot from June 13, but he haven’t finished the excavation in two weeks .They tell lies everyday and always and live on that, Will never know how to excavate but he said he has 16 years experience of excavation! I paid him 40% of the project deposit in total $8247, but He did a disgusting work but run away then he did not want come back again to finish. In June 23, his mom agreed to tell her son Will to come back and fix his job but they told lies again, never show up in construction site but they registered a lien $12411 on my title! Check the “beautiful work” that he did! After survey, all pin footing nails were in the wall and I asked him to come back to fix , then he missing! His mom stand out to charge me an extra $8000, then increase to $12,411. Diana even said that we need to change plan to fit for hers son’s disgusting excavation!(check all pictures in below)! No kidding!Leave away from this crazy vampire combination mom- son couple!! They don’t have any job in Victoria but escape to other cities in Vancouver island and cheating!

Expect nothing but the best!

They tried to install a fireplace a year and a half ago and there’s still a hole in my wall in the living room because they couldn’t figure it out so they just left it. Very unprofessional. Don’t ever use this amateurs

We were really happy with them, we had a plumbing emergency and they fixed it promptly and charged us less than we expected.
