The space is close to home which is convenient when my family has something needed here.My low/meh score is staff - I found I had to win them over and stay chipper on purpose as they seemed primed to have arguments.You feel it the moment you enter the space. Every one looks miserable and waiting to be off work. The staff at the front checking us in. The person before us got a may I help the next person in line." Every person I encountered were kind, professional and lovely people. The gentleman conducting the bone scan was outstanding and thorough, arranging for an immediate X-ray at the sister clinic in the mall. He went above and beyond and I am truly grateful to him. He saw me as a person, not a task to get through. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

Very thankful to Insight Medical Imaging for getting me in the day after my doctor sent the requisition. They were so accommodating of my upcoming travel plans and the fact that I am from out of town. My doctor received my results promptly and was able to put my mind at ease, I will be able to enjoy my holiday much more now! Thank you to my tech who was fantastic, I didn’t get his name however! Great experience.

I had the worst service a person could get from a tech named Kat. She's the most condescending person I have ever met in my life and I wouldn't wish my very brief experience with her on any body. Worst individual ever.

What a great clinic! Being from BC, where the lineups are out the door and the clinics have no space; my experience today was excellent. Friendly staff, super kind, explain everything. Lots of places to sit down. Clean and overall very good experience.

I give one star to this place because of a rude receptionist there. We went there last week. A receptionist girl with an Asian face accepted us. She was so rude that after leaving there, I was the whole day depressed. She was yelling at me to keep the health card so she could read it. She was mad when I gave her the card and yelled at me, not to give her the card. I was in another insight branch the day before, and they were kind, and there they took the health card. You need to teach your receptionists that customers are human beings.

Worst place to go for an MRI. Nurses are not well trained with post- chemo patients and it's fine veins. I got many bruises because they didn't find my veins. You probably go well hydrated before they try to insert needles on you.On top of that they didn't copy the results to my oncologist, so I have to call their office to request it. In the meantime, it was a waisting of time for my husband and myself going to see the oncologist and she couldn't see me without these results. We left our jobs earlier for this appointment and we paid $950 out of our pockets. So, no consideration from this place to me.My mistake was trusting on Insight's commitment. From now and beyond I will go to MIC as they never fail on their job and professionalism.The intention of this review is not looking at the negative aspects of it. The positive aspects is that we always have the option to improve our commitment with our jobs and the patients.Thanks for reading this review and I hope this company makes sure that patients are satisfied with the service they provide.Lucía

I damaged my rotator Cuff May 13, I could not lift my arm straight out or to my sideBooking in with Insight was easy, MIC was Mid August for the first available appointment they were not concerned with severity of situation.Insight listened, they originally suggested Mid June for a shoulder Ultrasound , I read off what the doctor wrote on request, and they knew it had to get looked at soon, they got me in Friday May 19thAppointment went on time, as expected,Was real easyI have to wait for results and what doctors say, I couldn’t image not being able to lift my arm until June minimallyI believe everyone seems to gravitate to MIC, It’s on the form the doctors give you typicallyI’m glad my doctor gave me other options like Insight and CDCTry insight from now on, MIC is on a schedule , and they don’t care how severe patients situation are.

1. Staff were kind and helpful2. I paid out of pocket.3. I am a high risk individual with immune dysfunction and therefore avoid contact with people. The techicians do not wear masks and were at points 2-3 feet face to face with me. This did not make me feel safe and it is highly concerning since it is a medical facility and vulnerable individuals routinely attend medical facilities out of necessity.4. The front end staff work masks (thank you ♡)5. I expected to be put into a more accurate MRI machine for one of my scans but someone else was in it during my appointment so they couldn't. Instead the scan was done in the same MRI machine as the other one. I hope this doesn't affect the quality of the images.

I really enjoyed the service at meadowlark Insight. I would chose all the young ladies in reception to be my granddaughters. The treatment examination staff were Amazing and kind. My only issue as a elder We live a few hours north of Edmonton in the bush. My Suggestion. If There was a page or spot on this your home page where we could fill in a form to set up a appointment. My wife and I have been trying to get through for 2 days. Thank you.
