This place is supposed to be for health care supports? I'm not even sure, the Nursing Clinic gave me their phone number in hopes they could help me figure out how to get a set of shots when I do not have a doctor. The first 3 operators answered the phone and said hello?" and that was it

Unreliable, no contact information or phone numbers for question/concerns, no idea when nurses will make visit and when do confirm a time, they are usually late. You never get the same nurse twice and so they never know what you need. Nurses rush patients, do not listen; total lack of compassion.

Doctor orderedCCAC to make home visits after cancer surgery. They did NOT come and I went to Pet. Hospital to get dressings changed. They phoned every day for about 4 days to try to resolve the problems. I would never depend on these losers again and pity the sick and needy. Please use family or friends to help. This is another government funded agency NOT working.

To any new people needing help and guidance lookout these people will flustrate you to no ends.They can't seem to keep or hire qualified PSWs. They are not in touch with patients personel needs and I pity the patients who don't have family to advocate for them. They make their patients work around their schedule not the patients. To the patients who are totally depended I hope and pray that you have a loving family to support and care for you cause these people obviously don't.

Not impressed with how rude the staff are right from telephone reception to the nurses in the clinic. They act like we are bothering them when we call, they don’t know what they have to do when we go into the clinic and are very short with us. This is VERY upsetting for a cancer patient at the end of their life. Awful behaviour and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.
