I recently booked a Dubai tour package through Spring Travels and my experience with them was amazing. The booking process was smooth, and the customer service representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arriving in Dubai, I was assisted with my hotel check-in and given a detailed itinerary of the tour. Throughout the tour, the services provided by Spring Travels were exceptional. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the transportation provided was reliable and comfortable. The desert safari organized by Spring Travels was a highlight of the tour, with dune bashing, camel riding, and a beautiful sunset over the desert. The barbecue dinner served in the desert camp was delicious, and the entertainment by belly dancers and traditional musicians was amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Spring Travels to anyone looking for a memorable travel experience.

They charged me a lot for the price of ticket that was around 1580$ but they charged me 2000$ for the ticket. I can book by myself that time but they guided so wrong that in the end I ended up paying them much higher than was original paid. Never would like to do business with them.

The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and they went above and beyond to make sure that my trip was perfect. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never to Buy ticket from them. It's the same price from Airline or if you buy from them but if you buy from Airline they give you proper service and if you buy from spring travel they will take 1 week to return your call (AFTER CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES) and then they deny any kind of services. THEIR MAIN MOTIVE IS TO SELL THE AIR TICKET AFTER THAT THEY DON'T KNOW YOU. MY RECOMENDATIONS NEVER TO BUY TICKETS FROM SPRING TRAVEL.
