Worst service I ever experienced in any Tim Hortons location. I waited in line for over 30 mins to get a cup of coffee and staff really didn’t seem to care anyways. Staff and management here is really not worth to Tim Hortons and its customers. Extremely disappointed!

I had very good experience with this Tim’s location. Staff was nice and was waiting for my order patiently and my order was prepared quickly. This was my second time ordering from them when visiting the Banff . Both times I had good food.

Waited in line inside for 20 minutes with no line movement, employees were unable to figure out online ordering it seemed like and were panicked and confused.Finally I gave up and went through their drive thru for our coffees. Never have I ever had such nasty tasting coffee, it was clearly burned from sitting in the pot for way too long on the burner.

Every time I've come here, I have been disappointed.Today, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a cafe mocha.In my bag, I received a bagel that wasnt cut, and a loose puck of cream cheese. My drink was a half cup of stale coffee.There was no effort put into the order at all, and what I received is basically inedible...?

Terrible I went and got a coffee with my own cup and had 600 miles to drive that day. I wanted a full cup. There was 3/4 of an inch left. She had no problem doing it but would have to charge me over 2 dollars for a small coffee. I've member had that happen at any room Hortons anywhere in Canada.Also realized bringing in my own cup I saved 10 cents.But when I asked for a cup they told me it would be over 2 dollars once again. They would hand to charge me for a cup.I ask you, is the nickels worth of code of coffee to fill my cup and make me feel happy that hard for this place to achieve?It's not much coffee I know, but it's the thought that when some one asks them to fill the cup they want to charge you the price of a full coffee for a fraction of a coffee going in.Oh, and BTW this is the same thing that happened to me on the way to b.c..I thought I would give them one last chance.

Got Worst service ever. I am long haul driver, just stopped to pick up a coffee because going to drive almost 1000 kms. The night shift guy said I'm on break, so I have to wait 20 mins more. It will take just 2 mins for my order. But this guy has different level of attitude and zero customer service skills. Will never come to this place again.

I would give this Tim a 0 if I could … very bad customer service… they can not tell Milk from cream … I asked to redo my iceCoffee they would not … very rude … Kim also has poor customer service skills … the owners of Tim should do better at training your staff

Very rude service in the drive thru. The lady taking our order and at the window (I assume it's the same person) needs to learn something about tone of voice when talking to people and about good customer service. The service was fast, but we did only order drinks.

Why is drive thru customers more important than the customers who are standing in the store ordering? Don’t say they aren’t more important because I watch orders come from the drive thru after I’ve ordered and the drive thru order is put out before the order that was place before their order? Nothing like telling a customer that they aren’t as important as the lazy customer in the drive thru.Zero stars for Tim Hortons and how they class their customers. It happens at every Tim Hortons. Why?
