Just got a flat at Value Mart. Tried to fix it ourselves but the tire was stuck and couldn’t be removed. Called these guys who were super busy but we’re VERY helpful and willing to help out in an emergency. Had us in, out and paid for in 15 minutes from arriving. AMAZING service.

These guys made our day!!!!! More than kind they help us thru a bad time! After 2 tires blowned out on our camping traîler, they were help full and kind, we felt in very good hands and certainly could feel their loyalty to our service. Fantastic service. Had a flat after a camping trip and needed a quick fix on the way home. The gentlemen here were so helpful -- checked out my tire and showed me the problem, then had it replaced with a used tire all within 15 minutes and for a great rate. Absolutely recommend.

Dunn's are suppose to be experts in tire service. I needed 2 summer tires that would be comparable to the 2 tires I already had. I DO NOT know anything about tires.Had they asked the proper questions when i called to make an appt and/or looked in the back of my car at the tires I had, instead of guessing and/or looking at my winter tires that were on the car MAYBE I wouldn't have had to go in twice wasting 2 hours of my time and then told they had ordered the wrong sized tires. Instead of leaving with new tires I settled with 2 USED tires. Then I was chastised for being late for my two appts! I distinctly said I would be in at 9:30 for each appt. I was NEVER asked to be there at 9 AM!I will not go to them again and be blamed for their lack of communication and inability to figure out what size tires were needed for my car. I AM NOT THE EXPERT! Bad customer service.

Exceptional, very knowledgeable service and excellent overall experience.I was traveling home with my wife and two young kids and got a flat front right tire. I managed to switch the flat for the temporary spare, but couldn't travel more than 80 km/h. Sean at Dunn Tirecraft agreed to check whether our flat tire was repairable which it wasn't (huge hole). He then sold and installed a used tire which was the same brand & type I already had at a very reasonable price. He also added air to my temp spare (as it had the manufacturer minimum amount of air) and also provided some useful tips & tricks should this ever happen again. All this in about 20 minutes while the kids stretched their legs.I highly recommend Dunn Tirecraft in Marmora! I also recommend visiting Marmora - what a great town.

Came here needing an emergency fix after having some trouble on a long drive. Not only did they offer to help immediately, they provided quality service and got me back on the road in a half hour. Beyond thankful for the folks here and can't say enough good things about their work.

While en route to our family cottage this past Friday, we began to hear our brakes squealing. We were driving on Hwy 7 through Marmora and quickly pulled in for help when we saw the sign. We had the most accommodating, efficient and friendly service, even though it was almost the end of the day. The staff called Carquest to deliver parts immediately and stayed past closing time to fix our van so we could continue safely on our way to the cottage. We found the price extremely reasonable and the service was exceptional!!

Took my car there to have a wheel bearing replaced they tried to take a short cut and press the bearing out on the car instead of removing it and then pressing it out with resulted in them breaking another part wich cost $300 to replace at my expense I did not ask them to take a short cut they decided that but I was made to pay for the part anyway. $500 to have 1 front wheel bearing replaced never going there again and strongly suggest you not take your vehicle there either........so in response to your reply you broke a part trying to do it on the car rather than take it off that to me is a short cut it cost so much because we had to pay to replace the part you broke then I pick it up and hear a grinding noise all the way home take the tire off assuming it was the dust shield on the break rubbing wich it was and I fixed only to realize that you guys also wrecked the axle boot and it's now throwing grease everywhere I'm just astounded by the ridiculously poor quality of work from your shop and I wouldn't send my enemy to you. Very unprofessional and terrible service

Sean and Jess were so helpful and quick! Sean was able to resource my parts needed from a location out of town and have the work done super fast! I was in and out within 2 hours and I couldn't be more pleased. Will be going there again for any issues I have in the future. Thanks so much guys!

Great place! Only charged me $250 for winter tires plus installation, and then knocked another $50 off for my old set! Will be going back for sure. Thanks again!
