Caralene is the best!! We booked our trip to Greece with her and it went without a hitch. She’s very responsive and helped with any questions we had. Every detail of our Carribbean cruise was perfectly executed. Caralene was able to answer our many, many questions as this was our first cruise and we were unsure of what to expect. When we met up she came prepared with flight options and knowledge of airlines and layovers.When I wanted to return to Canada in September of 2020, she helped me book flights home. Without her expertise I would have felt so overwhelmed trying to find and book flights during the pandemic on a short timeline.
