It's a great place to pawn friendly people they remember your name and actually get to know each customer that comes there. One of the top 2 places in kelowna to pawn. Bishop and pawn are neck and neck with premier pawn my other favorite pawn shop the only 2 I deal with and will continue to deal with for many years to come

Definitely the place to go and find what you need, they have a great staff as well excellent price for goods !!!! Will admit one of the better pawn store I've dealt with. Been dealing with them for about a year, and have had not a problem with antthing. Great place

My son and I were looking everywhere for a very specific item, and the staff at Bishop & Pawn went far beyond what I would consider to be ‘normal-customer-service’...Kris found the product we were looking for, ordered it, and let us know when the item arrived, and it arrived on time!!They have lots of interesting products in their store, and are conveniently located on Windsor just off of Spall Rd.Thanks again Kris...!!We will be back next time we need a hand finding our next “treasure”.Sincerely...Jay

I'm editing my review because I am disappointed in my trust with them. I had 10+ games in the pawn and felt obligated to leave them when I made a payment owing on them. He convinced me to use the games to hold a tablet I was interested in for my son which soon we decided against and notified as fast as possible. He told me I had a confusing amount of debt owing from one month of them holding a tablet and we had a verbal agreement he would hold my games until I could get into pay. I went in around a month after our agreement with money to find out they sold my 10+ games for nowhere near what I pawned them for without notifying me and after our verbal agreement he would not sell them on me.

This is a great place if you need a little help with some extra cash. The guys are easy to deal with, they give you a fair price for your stuff and they are always friendly and helpful. If you are having a hard time with paying back just talk to them they might give you a couple extra days. I won't go to any other pawn shop.

Great people great feel. Very helpful I needed gas money and didn't want to have to sell my tools and so they just gave me ten bucks to hold me till I get some money flowing good dudes I gotta say I'm very VERY impressed. Hats off to you guys over at bishops pawn shop
