Wow I got the best haircut of my life! I had really long hair (past my butt) and got enough trimmed that they offered to donate it to kids with wigs. Paul was a lovely person to chat with and gave me the deep layers I have been asking for for years. My hair looked the best it's ever been coming out of that salon. Super happy I went there! Oh also they have the cutest and friendliest pug that chills on the reception desk and was definitely a lovely addition to the atmosphere of the place :)

The best! A little pricy but you can taste the fresh ingredients. My car knows the route very well.

First came for a rescue after another salon cut my bangs into something beyond grim. Shane recovered my dignity, and made the worst hair ever look decent. Yesterday I went back for haircut, and got a flattering, lovely cut that is so nice, it's blown me away (pun intended). It's perfect, and today its falling perfectly; there is none of that why can't I style it like he can!" stress one often gets the day after a haircut. He's so sweet

ATTENTION - beware of the risks prior to making your investment...I am deeply saddened by my experience at UnionI asked for a trim and received layers that were choppy, blunt, unblended and frankly the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The stylist was not capable of delivering the value promised via IG and unions website. I left feeling like I could have done a better job myselfChunks of hair completely missed... random short pieces that stick out as if I’m wearing plugs!!!when I requested that the stylist blend my hair she insisted it WAS blended, became passive aggressive, and completely dismissed my concerns.... I felt powerless in the chair and like she was gaslighting me into consenting to something I did not wanthaving endured an uncomfortable hour long cut, with anxiety coursing through me as the hairdresser chopped away carelessly.... I brought my concerns to management and requested reimbursement so I could have whats left of my hair, properly styled, as the trust with union had been broken. I was informed that refunds are against house policy. Meaning that I will have to spend another $100 to fix what I paid Union for, and am at an immeasurable loss for the hair that was cut without my consent.... over 5 inches and the complete removal of my balayage... Plus the time I spent in the chair, enduring this discomfortI wish I had stopped the cut and just walked out..Communication is evidently an issue, along with inconsistent skill levels, and most importantly, the customer service policies are not in favour of customer experience. I give this experience one starKnow the risks before investing into this company

I had my long & wavy/thick hair cut and styled here today by Anthony and he was nothing short of amazing! Everything about the experience was 10/10 - he gives an awesome scalp massage, he actually washes all my hair thoroughly (I have a lot of it and most salons miss near my neck). I'm really, really picky about hair cuts and he was a true professional, so lovely to chat with and the salon was clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this salon to even the pickiest hair people. Thank you Anthony and thank you Union! <3 Feeling sexy just in time for my birthday!

Alex Smyth is a literal hair goddess and is the only person I will allow to touch my hair. She is a dream and without her skills, my hair would be an actual nightmare. My hair is so thin and porous, not in a MILLION years did I think I’d be able to dye it without it crisping right off my head. Well boy, did Ms. Smyth ever prove me wrong! BLONDE. IN MY HAIR. AND IT LOOKS GREAT. AND STILL HEALTHY. People actually compliment my hair since she’s been cutting/styling/dying it; a novel experience for me. Prior to Alex, usually the only things people had to say about my hair were to offer me a brush…honestly, go treat yourself for the upcoming holidays and go get your hair beautified by this actual angel!

Jessica is an amazing hair stylist. She lightened my hair to exactly how I wanted it. I also think she would be great as a stylist for the fashion and film industry because she is a very fun conversationalist and has a calming personality as well.

She also recommended me some really great products and made the visit really pleasant. I would definitely recommend her as she is so talented and amazing.

I had such amazing time, my stylist Jessica was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to with my hair with out me having to say it. She was so kind and is such a fun time to chat with. I would recommend her to anyone. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The prices are fair for the amazing quality of work they do.
