Austin is a remarkable human being. He pulled me and my bus out of a snowbank on a forest service road when no other tow truck company would make their way onto that road. He then proceeded to give me a lift further up the road to save me from having to hike up the extra few kms that I was going to have to because of where I got stuck. Really friendly, really helpful. Couldn't have asked for more from what was a pretty unpleasant situation.

Great service. My transmission lever was stuck and they could have easily put the car on their flatbed and driven me to Vancouver for $700 (no transmission places in Whistler and I had to get back ASAP). Instead they worked on it and managed to free the lever/cable up enough so we could get it into drive and I was able to drive back home (to my local transmission shop).

I have never experienced a towing company like Coopers. In. My. Life.My fiancée and I were in a car accident 5 minutes to whistler and they were absolutely nothing I would have expected a towing company to be. They talked to us for about an hour listening to the situation, ensuring everything will be okay and calming us down. they even helped to move the exhaust (it was squished against the tire) so we were able to drive the rest of the way to whistler. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! My fiancée is currently on the phone with them explaining how grateful we are for them and I cannot be more happy that they put a smile on his face and is laughing after this horrible situation (I couldn’t even make him smile) thank you so much Austin Cooper and his absolute wonderful staff.

Awesome service, when you need them they arrive very quick, the staff is super friendly! Totally recomended

the worst customer service I ever received from any business. The dispatcher was rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend and the dispatched tow truck never showed up after waiting 1 1/2 hours. We had to use a different tow truck company to get our car out of the snow. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.

We were on a 5 day trip to Whistler and had lost our rental car keys on the first day of the trip. Although we ended up finding the keys i would recommend these guys over & over. They went out of their way to make sure we would get a tow, even though we were in the icy mountains. Daniel went above and beyond and even helped us look for the keys outside in the snow. Great friendly helpful people.

Best service ever! Super friendly and very caring. Our car got stuck on a remote service road. Although their official(?) truck driver was out of town, the gentleman, who I assume is the business owner, took his own truck and came out to help right away (THANK YOU!) Would definitely recommend if you ever need any road side assistance!
