Nike Factory Store - Kitchener

My favourite Nike store! I don't say this lightly, everyone I recommend to that store has loved the helpfulness and customer satisfaction in finding the right shoe for their needs.Recently, I bought shoes and the two sales people who helped me with my questions for the best shoes and also being honest with me and transparent. You can really trust that they know the product well and will give you the best advice and won't try to sell you a product you don't want or doesn't fit your lifestyle. Love those working at this location! Appreciate your help and support.

Good prices when you can find things on sale. The store is clean and well organized, with a good selection of products.When I visited, they were limiting the number of customers in the store at a time, and not just with a sign taped to the door. There was a security guard that was counting customers, and a line outside the store with marked spaces to encourage people to give each other some space.Fitting rooms were closed during my visit.I'd shop again when sales are on, but likely not without a sale. Go early to avoid the line up. I went around 10.30am and I was able to walk straight in. By the time that I was done and walking out at 11.15, there were about 8 to 10 groups of people waiting in line.

Amazing experience as always. Efficient management and employees are really helpful. Specially Rowan was really patient and took the time to help me out, never seen anyone so helpful anywhere else. Will come again!

Limited selection and pricing not great. You can find the same elsewhere better pricing. Sales used to be much better than they have been lately.

The blonde female worker with forearm tattoos on Thursday May 11, 2023 during the closing shift (8:50PM) is extremely rude & racist. There were 3-4 families (Caucasian) buying clothes and so were we (visible minority) in the same clothing section. These other families were standing a lot closer to the worker while we were at least 15ft further away. The worker walked right past all the other families, came up to us and yelled “Just to let you know, we’re closing in 10 minutes, so the best course of action for you would be to go to the line”. All the families in the area paused and looked over at us and the worker, as she yelled this. We proceeded to walk to the line and the worker continued to look at us while the other families (only Caucasian) continued browsing clothes. She didn’t speak to any of the other families in that tone of voice or manner, nor did she say these words to others. Moreover, the fact that she walked past these other families and up to us to say this so rudely and loudly confirms it was a targeted statement. We will be escalating this issue to the regulating entities for Nike Factory Store.

What a great store with amazing service. I walked in and there were several sales representatives waiting to help with a smile. I asked for a specific sandal and the employee was able to find one in the back that they had not put on display yet. It was also 25% off the regular price.#letsguide

I visited on a Sunday afternoon,the store was very busy.They had offers in many departments.The shoes and hoodies were almost at 40 percent off.The associates was friendly and found easy to find what I wanted

Service and prices were good. I am size 13, so the options were a little limited for me personally. However I did find what I needed. I will shop there again,

Offers quality products and a wide selection to choose from. However, they could improve inventory management as they didn't have the specific shoe I was looking for. The staff was helpful, but increasing their numbers would enhance the customer experience. Prices at the Factory Outlet were similar to regular stores, so more competitive pricing or exclusive deals would be appreciated. Overall, Nike Kitchener provides a convenient shopping experience with good product quality, but there is room for improvement in stock availability and pricing differentials.

Great store with friendly staff. I bought the wrong size (they have UK sizing and USA sizing on the box) but they exchanged it for me without any problems. Great store for deals.
