Nails by Liana

Got shellac and a week later all the polish has chipped away. Disappointing. I read the responses to other reviews from the owner and this is not acceptable. Maybe get better quality polishes.

Booked appointments for 3 of us to get manicures (2 shellac, 1 full acrylics), very friendly and skilled staff, at competitive pricing. Super clean salon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible! I have been to this place several times and each time I tell my self that I will never go back. My friend and family have been here also and have had bad experience and will never return. There is no respect for giving good service from the staff. I kept expecting it to be a one thing to have poor service/quality however this remains consistently terrible. The latest time I went to get manicure and pedicure and my gel polish cracked on ever nail and chipped chunks off on 4 different nails just after 1 and a half days from getting them done. Normally gel polish lasts several weeks. The pedicure was so sloppy and was so quick that it did not make my feet look or feel any better. I called to ask to have my manicure redone prior to my trip however they were not able to accommodate my schedule. I will never return to this salon and I will recommend not to bother trying this salon.

Not sure why all these great reviews. I took both my daughters here for a pedi.We had a 10:00 am appt. One daughters pedicurist was 15 min late. Both of my daughters were cut during their respective pedicures. Their heels still rough and the nail polish was obviously old, so when applied looked clumpy. Last visit here.

Liana's is so great! I was driving by after dropping my daughters at dance tonight and stopped in for a pedicure. As of April 1, she took over what used to be Nails by Donna on Sioux Road. Thu took me right away, no waiting, she was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable and the salon is very clean, professional and relaxing. Thu, you're amazing! I asked for a basic pedicure and got far more than I was charged for, my shellac is so perfect. For the entire month of May 2018 all services are 10% off as well, this salon is definitely worth it!

I came in with my mom to get a manicure and pedicure! Liana follows all Covid policies and keeps a clean business. I got shellac nails! And a simple pedicure, the work was efficient and so beautiful! She does an amazing job, as well as the staff. I love how beautiful the interior is and how much love she has put into her business! 100% recommend if you want a great manicure and or pedicure! I’ll be coming back! ❤️

Did a gel polish change that lasted 2 days. All nails are chipped and weak. Last visit

My sister in law was in town on an unplanned visit and we had a 2 hour window where we thought if we could get in for a pedicure together, we'd go. I called at 9:50 and Liana said if we could come right away she could do us. The comfortable chairs and professionalism will definitely bring me again. Liana asked me if I'd like a design on my big toes and I said sure. She made a beautiful flower, freehand and it looks great. A very positive experience.

Very poor quality pedicures. Cleaning of any calluses included a light pumice stone that was done for maybe 30 seconds. The gel polish that was applied was done very hastily and looked like it was completed by a child. After soaking my feet ice cold water I was told that my nails were purple and that light nail polish wasn’t hiding the nail colour. After removing some of the bad gel on some of the nails because they were so awful , I was slightly cut and was bleeding. I highly recommend not going here
