Super service !

i bought boots from them and asked them to adjust the bindings to my boots and to sharpen the edges of my skis. When my partner went to pick them up, they told him that they had re-done the soles of my skis and had given them a wax, we did not ask for, my skis didnt need that, and they made us pay for it. When i went skiing i when to click in my boots into my skis to find that they had not even adjusted the bindings. Pretty pathetic service if you ask me cant even do what you ask and make you pay for something you didnt need or ask for.

Yesterday I may have rated 5 stars but today is 1 star and I’m generous.Never ever ask a client what does he wants on the stairs before he enters the shop ! this is the rudest thing ever.it gave me the feeling that I’m not welcome and being profiled , this is costumer services ABC ruleshope it will help the person who made this cuz you never know if i need an info or buy 3 bicycles…

J'ai découvert la boutique récemment et je dois souligner le service exceptionnel et personnalisé des deux jeunes propriétaires!Il y mettent beaucoup de coeur et méritent vraiment d'être encouragés.Concernant la location des skis, les prix sont même plus bas qu'en station.Pour la vente de skis, ils font des rabais qui sont similaires aux grandes chaînes.Je recommande cette belle boutique de sport!

J'ai demander samedi passer de faire affuter/limer et reparer des chips sur mon board. Il me dit sa va prendre 24h. Ok je viens le chercher lundi. Pas de probleme. Lundi j'arrive elle n'est pas prete ils l'ont oublier. Il me dit demain viens sans faute elle va etre prete. J'appel avant de venir il me repond oui elle est prete tu peux venir. J'arrive et jvois sa. Belle reparation botcher pas encore sec pas sabler pas peinturer. Il me dit quand c sec tu peux ettre du sharpie dessus. Ya des bouts ou qu'elle avais une chip qui est meme pas coller. Wow. Vraiment un service lamentable et une qualiter de travail garocher. Plus jamais je remet les pieds labas.

Bon service. Les différents équipements à louer sont quand même bien. Prix raisonnables.
