There was a bit of last min mix up with my appointment being unexpectedly moved because of a staff shortage. But thankfully, I was able to still get in at my original appointment time.However my 5 stars are for the exceptional tech who preformed my ultrasound today. She was kind, thorough, and made my whole experience smooth and comfortable. I wish I caught her name, but I appreciated your kind words and professionalism . Thank you :)

Not really handicapped accessible for a person in a wheel chair. No handicapped parking spots right in front and limited elsewhere. Only one poor ramp with a lip at the bottom at the far one end of a narrow sidewalk. Doors in the clinic need to be wider.Once we got in, they told us that it would be at least an hour wait. We left. A waste of time and energy. I was in pain and this made it worse. Will not go back again. This site should be reviewed for true wheelchair accessibility.

The US technician was extremely rude. Did not introduce herself. I was very uncomfortable during the exam. She was extremely rough and insensitive. Chastised me for being late and said I forced her to rush. I was exactly on time. It was not my fault the clinic had not received the requisition from my physician. I have had many US and never have I encountered a technician who was so rude.

Went for a pregnancy ultrasound and I was VERY unhappy with the quality of the picture given to me. I called and talked to the receptionist. She said someone would call me to rebook but no one ever did.

I took my elderly great-uncle here a couple weeks ago. We took a walk-in appointment early in the morning. Despite the waiting room being full of people, the staff were so patient and kind towards us. My great uncle has mobility issues and we didn’t feel rushed at all getting between exam rooms. The staff also maintained excellent communication with us. They were understanding of my Uncle’s hearing impairment and took time to speak slowly to him. Thank you to this clinic for making our day easier and helping my loved-one get good care.

To whom it may concern,I met a wonderful technician today my Appt was at 11:40am on Satuday June 3rd.I forgot her name but it starts with a ( R) she gets 10 out of 10 in my book.Greeted with a big smile, friendly, easy to talk and explained every detail, very professional overall made my experience less stressful....Great at her job!Thank you(R)❤

I went to this location last week for a routine mammogram. The technician Katelyn took her time to explain the procedure. I expressed to her that my last mammogram was unusually painful and she made every effort to make the examination as comfortable as possible. She was a very kind and caring individual. I will for sure recommend going to see her. The front desk was cheerful and welcoming as always. Ive had a positive experience every time I go to any of the insights in the city.
