I had two hoodies that I tried to embroider myself. I made a mistake on one of them. I called and explained my situation, they were eggar to help and told me to bring it in. They explained my options and we agreed on a price! Looks great in the end and you can’t see my mistake. Would totally recommend!!!

Super friendly. Really fast and makes sure you like design. She did name badge on work coveralls and fr coat. They are exactly what was needed. Really happy with it

I had a great experience at this location! The woman helping me out was very kind and clarified all the logos I wanted to add and she emailed me again for confirmation after she had traced one of the pictures and I think she did a really great job on my pieces, highly recommend!
