Horrible service. Every time I go in the afternoon the cashier is on the phone or doesn’t pay attention. When I get her attention after waiting for minutes she will be rude.

I went in to get a cup of coffee. It was absolutely terrible. After one sip my mouth had a horrible taste afterwards so I went back to return/refund it. The lady there got really defensive when I asked for my money back saying that it wasn't her fault(really really weird right?).I told her that I didn't blame her, I just wanted to return the coffee but there was no getting through to her so I just had to leave.Not impressed at all...

Horrible service. I've gone in several times in the afternoons, and the cashier is always on the phone having a conversation and not paying attention. When I go up to the counter she's typically texting and talking on the phone. I've stood at the cash for over a minute waiting for her to notice me. Guess there's more important things than customers.
