We did experience some delays due to COVID, but in the end the quality of the work and our experience with Duracon was excellent. We will use them again for our next project.

Horrible experience. Repeated delays in measuring and installation brought our entire project to a halt. With COVID, I knew to expect delays but the repeated lies about the reason for the delay were what really bothered me. Extremely poor communication. On several occasions, the scheduler claimed she would contact me, but then didn't bother, leaving me and the contractor more than frustrated. When the stone was finally installed, it was a mess. Veining misaligned by more than an inch. Who does that and then leaves the job without even acknowledging it??? They do. Blamed it on not wanting to delay my job any longer, so they sent the young guys still in training". Had I known that was the case

Nothing but a great experience from the showroom, to the measure and quote, to the installation. Would recommend to anyone

Place is a joke. I met with the owner of this company about a new job. He told me he would hire me and shook my hand after I told him I would give my 2 week notice at a previous job. After that 2 weeks was over I tried calling this guy about employment. He has ignored my calls, it's 3 weeks after I was supposed to start and left me jobless with no answer as to why. If he would do this to me, what's stopping him from making false promises to his customers? Think twice before you give this place money.

Communication throughout the ordering process was poor and there were hiccups. Beyond that the quality and attention to detail with measurements created an end result that is top notch. Quartz countertop, white with grey veins. Cabinet colour American white.
